On several different occasions Ive had bad experiences here. First time being here to watch a UFC fight sitting next to the drink area where we could listen to our horrible servers complain about the night and hating their job while my drink stayed empty for 20 minutes... and when they noticed us looking laughed and played dumb to their comments about the customers... tried giving a chance to them during football and baseball season but now as the manager tells me we cant have the sound on for the Stanley cup finals game with 9 other people in the bar per a district manager because baseball and hockey "cannot have sound on" quoted... then ask my server that proceeds to tell me that the sound was on for baseball that day... would rather have honesty than lies! And considering our tabs involve 15 people of tabs no less than 150 because of sports, yall should invest in better staffing that can match eachothers lies! Thanks from another successful business owner!

We went there on an early Friday afternoon. They were about 10 ppl inside and we asked to be seated outside. A couple came after us and their order was taken almost immediately after they sat down then it seemed like the server remembered us. Then after waiting almost 35 mins for FRIED chicken, plus the other couple getting their food before us, we asked for the manager. The Shift supervisor came out ( not the manager. We saw her when we came in) and claimed to be the manager. Then she further insulted us by saying the reason our food took so long was because they were waiting on FRIES. They fries were cold and old by the way. When that didnt work she claimed it was super busy. It was literally like 7 ppl inside because we saw some leaving during our wait. Now i see why they were so empty on a Friday afternoon. We will NEVER be back.

Steer clear of this location!! Standards are not what you are accustomed to. The chicken wings are served old and freezer burned. When we showed our waitress the white spots on the wings and told her how terrible they tasted, she apologized and took the wings only to bring back the same exact plate of wings 30 minutes later. We asked to speak with the Manager and he was very rued and unapologetic. He was very unprofessional and spoke to us as if we werent intelligent enough to know the difference between old and fresh chicken wings. Me and my family have visited many BWWs as my brother managed one for a long time. We will never visit or patronize this location again. It was a horrible experience and a waste of our time and appetite.

The atmosphere is really great but some of the waiters that take your order usually has a attuide but not all of them especially when you ask for your order to be all one thing or you ask for all drum wings and they want to charge you extra and the wings taste hard on the outside and some of the wings but the inside of the meat is soft but the flavor is outstanding but it would be nice if the wings were cooked all even and not hard on the outside. Other than that the place has some wonderful things and some other things are horrible. They really need to step it up a little more with the wings. I like wings that are soft and fluffy all over, not hard when you bite on some of it..

I maybe wrong but their liquor taste really watered down like seriously. I had a bloody Mary plus a shot of patron and hubby had dirty bong water and shot of Jager... Bloody Mary was alot of bloody Mary mix then anything idk if there was any vodka in it didnt taste it. Dirty bong water was sweet but still no liquor.... Patron tasted like water his tasted like Jager bit wasnt filled to the shot line.. his beer had a lot of head ALOT. The wings were good tho. Even tho one sauce we got was extremely too hot for me they switched them out for us. Which was awesome. Liquor was no good which was the whole reason we went.

BWW has a corporate policy of putting giant heads on your beers. They say its so you can smell the flavor of the beer. I say its to pad their profits and serve you less beer. Anyway, the service here was so slow we left and went to Hooters just a short distance. They pour you a full glass of beer at Hooters and have great service and food. If we had stayed at BWW wed most likely still be waiting for our short beers.....

I love the place but Saturday night my waitress only came to the table twice once to get my order and to pickup the check. Andrea was my server she was rude especially at the very end when she came to pickup the check she was take all the stuff off the table and did say anything to me she at my boyfriend and ask if he could help clean the table off. Needless to say regret giving her a decent tip. So rude

I have been there a few times with just my friends and the food was great. So I thought to take the family out. Wrong! They sat us in a dark conner could not even see r food. Thought to take the family out for a second chance. Wrong! They tried to give us the same dark table. We left and went to Jim N Nicks : ) much better for the whole family. by Joel

My family & I went last night around 10:45pm..walked inside to 5 female workers all standing & leaning in a huddle. One assisted in seatin us , so when we walked around towards the dining area it was FILTHY, DIRTY, & SO OFFENSIVE that this restaraunt had no issues whatsoever to seat & serve guests while walking over trash & past dirty tables!!!

Went on a Saturday with family just to waste time before going to the movies. We were seated immediately. I ordered boneless wings and fries. The boneless wings were pretty good and the fries were somewhat hot but a little under cooked. Ordered the chocolate cake for dessert which tasted a little stale. The server was great though!

This place has gone down hill so bad This place was AWESOME when it first opened. They had the best burgers anywhere. Now, it is so bad. The burgers are very small and greasy. The wraps are terrible and they always forget the wing sauce. Terrible service...unless you have a buzz and really dont care...

Service was poor waited for someone to take an order. Sat and sat. Then ordered appetizer and didnt get the rich sauce. Then asks for it. Waitress brings it AFTER we finished them. The dinner comes out and it was cold as on room temperature. .... So probably wont be back for a while.

We frequent BWW and the food is consistently good. Our server tonight was Ashley (long black hair) and she was FABULOUS!!! Attentive and super sweet!!!! Sometimes you just want to go a few minutes out of the way to show appreciation to a great server/leave a good review!

Love the friendliness and service! I actually placed my order at a different Buffalo Wild Wings, and the manager was kind enough to call the other location, cancel my order there, and quickly made my order there. Everyone was so kind and upbeat. Love this place!
