was very disappointed with our experience, we came in around 8:30 on Monday night. Our 2 year old was getting restless so instead of bothering other diners and staff with his tiredness we decided to order our food to go from the waitress so she could still get our tip she was very sweet and received a $15 dollar tip on our $48 Togo order. when we got home our order was terrible...i had the cheese ravioli with alfredo sauce....which had absolutely zero sauce on it and was extremely over cooked, my son had the chicken tenders and spaghetti. which had no sauce on the spaghetti I cant remember the name of my husbands dish but it was braised beef with fetichinni with a cheese sauce...which also had no sauce and was extremely undercooked our appetizer was sopposed to be served with a cheese sauce as well which we didnt receive. our salad came with no dressing or croutons and our bread was brunt...again not the servers fault she was a sweetheart....the kitchen needs ALOT of work...I dont see us coming back to this location....

just plain old horrible services from the Restaurant manger Anthony. He was very rude to my mother when she ask about the host who help her until her serve came along with that his customer care was bloody awful when we try to order take out for black Friday for my job since majority of my co-workers will be at job all night from crazy deal in retail. I even heard him argue with server and the one of host in back while waiting for the order. So from I recommend people just stay away from here if you are in rush or trying get take out also do not try to go for "family value" because its far from here. You are better off going buffalo wild wings, king buffet, Wendys , golden coral, Smore, chilis, Out back steak house, and even the Mcdonlad next panda express has better customer care than this place. But Hey dont my advise I just random stranger tell you where not spend your money in god awful crappy customer services place ever

Beware! Lazy chefs work here. I placed my order 15 mins. Before close. My order was simple herb crusted salmon, doesnt take long to prep and cook. Thef practically through a fillet on the skillet (no seasonings), forgot it on the grill. On my plate was a bland pale tiny piece of salmon, no lemon butter sauce, nothing. The clearly was a lack of effort in prepping this dish, i dint know if my arrival time had anything to do with it, but thats hardly an excuse if youre open for business. Needless to say, I told the server how disappointed I was, then got up and left their less-than-mediocre dish on the table. No use for a second try if they cant get this done right the first time at minutes to close. I cant say Ill be back either. I ended up going to Kroger and buying a few pieces of salmon fillet and broccoli and cooking it myself...way cheaper and taste way way better.

Excellent family oriented! My family and I are advocates to the food and service Olive Garden offers. This location is no exception to the others across the nation we have visited. Upon entry the greeter was polite and seated immediately not to mention they were extremely courteous. The location inwhich were seated wasnt our most desirable but the service made up for it. We usually prefer a booth, but there werent any available. Food; was fantastic and great tasting. Service; the attendant was gracefull in handling our food and served us hot food and timed the soup and salad with main course in harmony. She also offered desert, inwhich we couldnt resist and ordered togo! Latrines; very clean and all stalls were fully stocked with toilet tissue. Employees all cleaned their hands following a visit to mens or ladies room.

This place is NOT meeting the "Olive Garden Standard"...Our last few visits here were all unsatisfactory, to put it mildly...The quality & portions of the food is continuously diminishing...Unfortunately, tonights experience was no different...The best thing about this entire meal was our server Sue Ellen & the complimentary dessert the manager sent out in an attempt to pacify us...This is the third time weve had an unenjoyable dinner experience at this location...Sadly, we may hafta find another better Italian dining option. #OliveGarden #DoBetter #DisappointedLifelongCustomers

Try the Dumpling Soup. Its like a Picture Soup. They will sell the soups by the gallon. $23.00 in a plastic tub with a handle then into a cardboard box with heavy duty bottom and handles. I get this soup once a month and eat on it for a week. Try a sample, its worth it. They also have a Wine sample of 3 different kinds after you tell them what you like. I fell in love with one of them and found out that I could buy it at Kroger or Publix. Its under $20.00 a bottle and you dont drink and drive. The samples are like a ounce per glass and you get to try 3. Very nice idea.

When arrived got to our table fast Then after that service was horrible the waiter forgot our appetizer, then we waited 30 min for our food then after eating paying for the food waited exactly 27 min for the waiter to bring the change from the chk we actually had to ask another waiter to find the waiter The only reason I didnt go to the manager is because the table beside us had the same terrible service and we began to talk about how bad it was with all that being said I wont be back And this was on a Sunday 7/15/17

Every time, EVERY TIME, we attempt to come to this location the wait is over an hour. It is absolutely ridiculous. They are not packed, the parking lot is about 80% full, but still told it would be an hour and a half wait this evening (7/13/17). I will NEVER step foot on that property again. Headed to a restaurant just down the road, parking lot more full and more people around, and was seated immediately. Who ever owns this location needs to get with the other owners/managers in the area and take notes.

Called in to place an order and was put on hold immediately! So I decided to make the 30 mn drive while on hold and before I knew it I was there...Ok Im here with no order so Ill just go in and eat. No hostess and the place doesnt close for another hour so after standing at the front for 15 minutes Ill just place a to go order like I originally planned. Get there and I get put on hold yet again?! Good business is good business and I dont know what to call this. 1st and final visit!

My family and I ate at this location for the first time last week and it was excellent! The space has nice tall ceilings with cozier low areas near the windows. The food was delicious and the service was courteous and fast. Since the portions are large, a couple of us shared a modest entrée to keep down calories and also did wall with a check must lower than we expected. Keep this place in mind for your next outing.
