I had a bad experience with a call in order on 7/14/17 I ordered two 10 pieces wings and fries for pick up the bag was packed waiting for me. I got home about an hour later I went to put one of the wing orders in the fridge it the container felt really light when I opened it there was five wings...so I had to call and explain myself at least 5-6 times I got no apology the lady who said she was the manager finally found my ticket and told me it how the cashiers handwriting on the ticket was not clear she then said she couldnt make another order; so I told I dont expect you to make another order I want what I paid for so I had to tell her all I want is the other 5pcs of honey mustard wings...so she gave me two choices 1. a credit for my next visit or 2. come pick up the other five wings...I told I need the other 5pcs delivered since it was wing it error, she said yes the driver can deliver it but I would have to pay $3.00 delivery charge? Really what kind of customer service is this? she explained its the drivers fee etc; etc anyway I got the other 5pcs delivered paid the driver the $3.00. The wings are good; however I wont be in a hurry to come back. Customer Satisfaction is KEY since your cashier made an error you should have had the rest of my order delivered to me asap Wing it should have absorbed the delivery charge. Im a Food Service Manager I would have never asked my customer to pay a delivery charge even if it meant I had to take $3.00 out my own pocket. I ended up paying $3.00 for the mistake that Wing it made. WOW

When a loyal customer of over 15 years calls to attempt to order and you decline their business, because you dont feel like taking any more orders even though you arent closed yet, you tend to lose their business. I work in pizza, Ive been at work all day and just got home to my sleeping toddler, the babysitter was waiting for me to arrive so she could go home, and Im starving. I just wanted a fried chicken taco salad, doesnt even take that long to prepare, but by the time I couldve woken up my 2 Year old and drug him out of the house to get there you wouldnt have let me in the door, so delivery was my only option, and you actually just declined my business. Youll be lucky if you ever get it again after this. Remember how much business word of mouth brings in? Youve just lost one of your biggest forms of advertising for free, I wont be recommending you to anyone else in the future, not with customer service like that. Your company has gone way down hill from what it use to be. I am so irritated with this situation that its just ridiculous. Very disgruntled customer

I called and ordered the wing combo (which it states on the menu comes with 10 in it with fries and a drink) when delivered I had five wings. I called the store and the lady who does not give her name when answering the phone stated we said 5 wings which is untrue. My coworker ordered the enchiladas Supremas and asked for a side of rice with it which she did not get. I again called the store back to question this and the same lady basically side she did not order the rice. SO we basicallywe have no idea what we ordered, but because she has been working there for 13 years she does not make mistakes!!!!! and finally after my coworker had eaten half of her food she found a hair in it. Of course we did not bother to call back because we knew it would not do any good. We have been customers there for awhile and this was the first time our order was not correct. to be treated the way I was just for calling in and questioning it!!!!!!! You just lost several customers from this office. I hope your attitude was worth it to the owner.

I just order the 10peice wings with chips. The chicken was old rubber and cold. Taste like they took some old chicken and put sauce on it. The chips was old and cold taste like it was cooked in old greese. Call them to complaint she gona tell me if I wanted fresh. I should have told them fresh and crispy. I thought your food was suppose to always be fresh. Then gona tell me I can get have the credit for my order. Im not ordering from yall again I want my money back. Going to get my money. Hope and Pray I stay in the right mind set so I want go off.

New to the area, so we decided to try this place out based on the reviews. and I sincerely HATE to write a bad review but I ordered the chicken combo and it was soggy, greasy, little to no flavor besides grease and I am giving this 2 stars because I do not want to ruin their (apparently) good reputation. The onion rings were decent but still soggy! I am not sure if this is how it is supposed to taste but BOY was I disappointed when I got it.

If I wanted taco soup I would order it...your taco salad used to be a favorite of mine I live 2 minutes or less from you. The last 2 times I ordered taco salad white cheese was melted totally and poured on top...yuck never had taco salad that was so drowned in pure liquid cheese....looked like soup. Taste like...well you know havent ordered it a long time...nor will I ever again...I was a longtime customer ever since it opened... Bye bye

Any time we order its over 40 dollars and Im fine with that because we get a bunch of food. But for the love of god learn how to take an order, process an order and deliver an order. Anytime I order there something is wrong, like no onions on a hot dog and theres onions. Took over an hour to get here, Id hate to say take your time and get it right. But something needs to happen.

Did not receive part of my order, they told me they were too busy to deliver the rest of my order and I could have a credit towards my next order. I should not have to order again to get my money back. A simple apology would have made me feel better but I guess Karen the manager did not feel she should say Im sorry. Disappointed I have been a customer for a very long time.

Ordered chicken tacos because i didnt want to drive down Fairburn rd. Idk what i was thinking ive been to this place three times and all those times the food was nasty but I wanted to try them one more time big mistake!!! I asked the man was tacos authentic he said yes but they were not!! They use regular flour tortillas and the chicken had no flavor.

would have liked to try them, they close at 11 but when I called after I got off work at 10:30 they werent doing any more deliveries. I had over $20 in food ordered online and only found out they werent going to deliver after I called to pay. I dont understand why they stop deliveries before they close, thats money and a customer they are losing.
