Nice little hole-in-the-wall restaurant with limited parking out front, but fantastic pizza! The slices are HUGE, THIN, & TASTE GREAT. It does take a while to get your food, so be prepared to wait, but it is worth it. People who complain of a long wait time apparently dont understand that this place makes handmade pizza which takes TIME to COOK, duh. So stop complaining & call ahead if youre in a rush. Only bad thing aside from parking is that if you are seated in the upstairs dining room, which I have been every time, the waiters/waitresses dont seem to come around as often (hell, I wouldnt want to climb that staircase a million times a day either), but you did apply for the job! Not sure if the wait staff is any better on the ground floor, but Im hoping they are. Great job guys! Keep it up.

Stopped in for lunch with the family today. The waitress was held up by a chatty customer, but overall the experience was fine. My wife and step-son both had a single slice. From what I can tell each looked properly cooked and judging from how little was left, they were tasty. I had a meatball sub w/potato salad. Not sure what was in the potato salad, but it was good. I had pineapple put on my sub, to give it that Hawaiian pizza taste. The kitchen did a great job of getting a great balance between the acid of the tomato sauce and the sweet of the pineapple. It had the perfect amount of each. I like how they put the onions and peppers on the bottom of the sub, while putting the sauce over the meatballs. Sauce on the bottom would just cause the bread to turn to mush.

We normally have great service, but our waitress was very horrible. We watched her attend to all the other customers at least twice before tending to us only once. I asked for condiments only to sit there, eat half my food before my husband got upset enough to ask the waitress for the same thing that I had asked for. Then I get my cheesecake for dessert, I take my first bite of it, and I eat paper. The waitress then says its probably just the paper separator and trying to make excuses for it. Really didnt seem like she wanted to be there or liked her job, and it showed severely. We probably will not be back.

We came here before a big soccer playoff game on Friday and got a table right away. The wait staff was busy but friendly. They took our orders quickly and my son and I enjoyed watching the pizza maker toss the dough 10 feet in the air. Our delicious nom noms arrived shortly and then our pizza. However about 5 minutes after our pizza arrived, I got a phone call that resulted in us having to leave immediately. Our waitress was very sweet and accommodating - no questions asked, gave us our check and a to go box. Wish I could have stayed longer. If Im ever back in Griffin, we are going back.

Went here with an air force buddy of mine after a trip back home from Seattle and I have to say this is one of the best little pizza places I have ever been to. When we came I had no clue what to get so I ordered what my friend got which had to be the tastiest calzone I have ever had. The only thing was the service kind of took a while for drinks and the check, however it did provide a chance for my friend and I to catch up on things. Love the place, love the atmosphere and love the food. I will definitely be back next time I visit home, there need to be more places like this in Griffin.

Outstanding pizza and salads! We live twenty miles away, and wish Slices was in our town - it is well worth the trip. This is the "real thing", ...pizza as it should be served, great crust, and you can see and taste the generous ingredients. Large servings, gormet quality, and well worth the price! One of those "special" little places with great food and great service! Mark & Marybeth Stone Barnesville, GA

My husband and I love this place. Weve eaten there 5 times and always happened to sit at the same table. The service has been very good so far. The young waitresses have always been attentive and friendly. I really like the Caprese Panini and their pizzas; however, I would avoid the side pasta salad: just too hard and not very well seasoned. Cute place and very affordable.

Ive been a patron since day 1. The pizza is great and the service friendly. I would give them a 5 star rating, however the chairs and tables are in dire need of repair or replacement. Also, when you come in the door to be seated, you can literally fit maybe 4 ppl in the door, so when its busy ppl are all confused and smashed in

Great place to have lunch or dinner! Very friendly staff and management is some of the best around. Food is awesome ie I love the calzones.prices are fair for what you get. Hey you want a $3 meal youll get usually get a $3 meal. You want a great meal made fresh in front of you for a fair price then I recommend trying slices.

This place is so cool. Slices is a staple in Griffin. Pizza snobs will probably nitpick the menu but honestly this is some of the best pizza you will find in the area. True pizza comes in big ole slices and that is what you get. The calzones are huge too.

Amazing food, prices, and service in the heart of historic downtown Griffin. Take a stroll through all of the shops dotting Taylor street and then dip in for a nice lunch or dinner. Its the perfect way to compliment a great shopping adventure.

Bummer that they only have dine-in or carry-out and no delivery. Good pizza and fresh toppings. Very unique spices they put on top, like a stronger version of Papa Murphys Herb & Cheese Blend. I got carry-out and my order was accurate.

Not a fan of this place. I got a slice of pizza and it was so soggy and plain. There was barely any sauce or cheese on it. The only positive for me was that they did have good service...but thats really it.

Not a bad place. Pizza tastes like frozen pizza, not very good. Folks who have never left the county think its the best pizza ever, it isnt. Folks are nice, hillbillies trying to be preppy, funny.

Great place to grab a slice of pizza, but thats not all they serve. They have sandwhiches, salads and much more. The price is really good too. I recommend sitting upstairs its quite nice.

Great Pizza! I ordered two slices for pretty cheap, and got what looked like almost half a pizza. The slices were huge! Great deal and great pizza. Highly Recommended!

Cheap beer on Tuesday & Wednesday!!! Love the calzones, Pigs in the Orchard being my fave. All the specialty pizzas are available as a calzone for $10, yum yum!
