Very mediocre product for a higher than average cost. I used to like Snappy Tomato when I lived in Mason, especially their Ranch pizza which was flavorful and unique. However, the modern Snappy Tomato product is bland, uninspired and overpriced. On my recent order, I was told it would take 10 minutes because they "had no orders"(I was told this on the phone.) When I arrived it took an extra 10 minutes to make the pizza. The pizza, once finished, was not very good... I have had better frozen pizzas than that. Its kind of a shame as this place just opened and pizza places are usually at their best when they are new. I wouldnt imagine this place getting any better. Probably will not order again since Marcos across the street offers a very good product at a lower price than Snappy Tomato.

Ive ordered from this location multiple times over the past year for work and they have messed up our order one too many times. They just delivered our pizzas and they appeared to have been dropped. They re-delivered new pizzas and they did not have the correct toppings that were paid for. This is the second time this has happened. Also, the delivery guy said his manager wanted the dropped pizzas back. HERE YOU GO. Terrible pizza joint.
