I would give no star if possible! So I went in there, and everyone was playing with their phones... started having conversation about why you didnt make grits...everyone was like I just didnt feel like it while playing with their phones. They did not care, and acted like we was a bother to to them.This happened today July the 4th. Left and went across the street to IHOP. The minute I walked into IHOP I was treated with respect and taken care of. I will never go back to this waffle or maybe any other to that fact. Tired of the sorry as$ service! IHOP is way cleaner, way better selection, and most importantly treated like youre supposed to be....i am a customer so i love to be treated with respect for I can give it back.

On September 23rd we arrived at waffle house after 11pm and it was 40 degrees inside. I swear I was watching my warm breath roll out of my mouth like it was December. It was just a little uncomfortable. This was my 1st time coming back to this location since 2006 because they didnt take my order. So 9 years later same thing. Bye waffle house #1721 you will never ever get me again. Waitress never came to table. I left hungry again. ✌

This place has THE WORST customer service ever! When I sat down I wasnt acknowledged. I was the only customer in the store and the staff failed to speak or take my order. They just kept staring over at me as if I needed to leave. Im sure if they werent distracted by their cell phones or babysitting their children at while at work, they could have actually done their jobs. Dont eat here or hold your breathe waiting on service.

Negative stars if possible NASTY!! food in our drinks, staff is rude and unprofessional. Yelling and screaming. They had the bacon just sitting in the freezer on racks. The staff was digging in the hair then touching cups and everything. Very damn rude. Ill never eat here again. This is not okay. Oh and its wayyyy to cold in here. And my food was burnt.

First off they never answer the phone Ive called on several occasions and Ive never got anyone one the phone then we I get there I guess I become invisible about 10 minutes later and a couple excuse mes I finally get someone attention doesnt matter if it packed or a few people they take forever to take my order I will not be ordering from here again!!

My husband and I give this place 4 stars because the food havent failed us, but its entirely to cold in this place, we have visit this place morning evening and late nights and its has always been cold, we ask why is it so cold the workers said its the manager, they had on jackets, each time it was the female manager on duty.

Worst Waffle House...bad customer service and a blight to the corporate brand... let me sit and cook food and wait (30 minutes to go order )until they have to ring up my order to tell me that they cant take credit cards....then ask me to leave go to an ATM get money and come pay for the food...cmon why wasnt this posted?

Its so cold inside this location people are shaking the workers have on coats...its 64 outside 50 inside the restaurant. What happen to making it a pleasant atmosphere for the customers??? Finshed entire meal no refills as well. Tea taste as if pot hadnt been clean in a while.

Freezing temperatures inside, cold food, dirty floors, dirty tables, lack of condiments on the tables, greasy menus and a lack of attentive and good customer service. On the other hand good location and great amount of parking. I will never revisit this location.
