Horrible customer service. Tried to call in a order and sat on the phone for almost 15 min walked in still on the phone and yes they were a little busy but a 15 min wait on the phone and no order taken as I stood there on the phone waiting to be addressed. If yall are gonna have long wait times u need to figure out how to handle high call volume without loosing your base customer. I decided to leave and was still on hold, a girl eventually picked up but had an attitude because I was upset that I was on hold and hung up on. You cant get mad at the customer who tried to be patient for 20 min trying to place a food order for a family. Yall need to do better...stop being angry and rude...

I ordered pork chops and eggs with raisin toast, I was given white bread and had to ask for apple butter. The coffee cup turned out to be dirty...after I had drunk half the cup I found old foodstuffs stuck on the inside of the cup...I ask for a new cup, she attempted to pour into same dirty cup. The pork chops was so tough I couldnt cut them with a knife and to top it off a fruit fly landed in my food and buried itself in my grits I couldnt take it anymore. I walked out I told the lady I can eat here........ that happened just today

Our waitress Lazurus was so attentive and made sure that we had every thing we needed she kept coming back to our table just to make sure we was ok tou just dont get good service like that anymore thats why I love eating at this location its convenient to where I live which makes it all the better thanks Lazurus tou were very kind waffle house needs more people like you who makes a different with love Jennifer Hudson.....

This has got to be the worst waffle house Ive ever been to. I didnt even eat here. Thankfully. As soon as i walked in one waitress was rude to me for asking a question about where to sit. Then when i decided to sit at the low counter because i have a bad back. I was told i would have to sit in the waiting area by another waitress. There were a total of 8 people in the place. That told me all I needed to know.

If this was my first Waffle House experience, I would never go back. In fact I would see it as a reflection on all Waffle Houses. The service was terrible! The server wasnt as bad as the cook. I went there 8/9/2015 @ 8:30 am. And the cook seemed to have been in training. The trainee was as bad as the trainer. Bad attitudes from them both. The health rating was a 74, that should be the 1st clue.

Well done eggs are not rocket science!!! So why do I have to send my eggs back, then still pick soft yoke out and get talked to like Im crazy by the cook???? Where is the manager while Im picking soft eggs out of my bowl just so I can eat after 30 minutes??? SMDH!!! Oooohhh he is the manager. That explains the negative energy and bickering among the staff. Soooo sad!

U just dont know what kind of service you are going to get...ok or bad flip a coin. One evening this is what we got...very poor look at the pics. They were out of to go supplies & used a lid & plastic wrap. The salad was poorly make so was everything else once I got home to unwrap. No one has pride for their job there. IHOP here I come!!

The silverware was old, tarnished, and had water stains. I asked for a cup of hot water. The waitress advised me that waffle house no longer does this practice. I asked for a glass of water. The waitress said that if the water was NOT for drinking and was FOR the silver ware, she could not give me the water...WTFFFFFFFF????

They were very unorganized it took 10 minutes just to get a menu! Our server was nice but you can tell had way too many costumers. My eggs were also not cooked when they brought them to me and when I sent them back they still were runny.

Terrible customer service. No one acknowledged us when we entered. I had to ask them to clean off the tables & seats for us to sit. They decided to try to serve us when we were leaving. Worst Waffle House ever!!!
