Waffle House has always been a favorite for a quick bite..... However, after repeated occurrences of mild diarrhea after dining here..... and this last bout of very serious illness, we will never return to this location in Moraine. The tables and floors were loosely swiped and slosh-mopped with dirty water sans sufficient disinfectant to clean the surfaces; the DIRTY smell was pervasive. The food looked OK, but my family became very ill. My mother was dreadfully ill for hours with fever, clammy hands, profuse sweating, stomach pain, gastrointestinal pain, and simultaneous blowout diarrhea and projectile vomiting. The aftermath of diarrhea and upset stomach and nausea lasted for days. Many elderly people eat at this Waffle House. If someone who lived alone became this ill this fast, it could be life threatening. A word to the wise, stay home and make your own waffles!

Me and my family came here and the food was good but the service not so good. The waiter Shelly greeted us and got our drinks then we ordered our food. After we ordered we got half of our food and she moved on to a different section. So we were waiting and another lady named Callee came over to give us the rest of our food and asked if we needed anything else. But we also got our bill before we got half of our food. So thank you Callee for your service.

This waffle house use to be the best but now the service here SUCKS!! I have no idea how asking for your eggs to be cooked right or your bacon not be burnt is complaining!! I respect anyone who works in the food industry BUT the service there is not welcoming nor friendly AT ALL!! Maybe I should of said something or spoke my kind about the way the waitress spoke to my mother. I recommend driving to a different location and passing this one right up.

You can literally never get through on the phone to place an order. Ive ordered here many times and its always the same. I have to call 10 times within 1.5 hours to ever reach someone. I know they arent that busy as I live near them. But thy must be busy doing something else... whatever, lost my business, not that theyd even care cause its one less person to worry about while they are doing whatever it is they do all night.

We go here often and the lady who works as a hostess I feel is under paid she works her butt off always busy cleaning busting her butt and you would think the servers would at least show their appreciation and each pitch in and give her a tip from their tips so I tip her she deserves it more I about died when I found out they dont tip her for all she does shame on them They will miss her when shes gone

My waitress brought out half my food then by the time I was done with that half my other half was on its way. Now they were busy but still. I was a waitress and no food hits that table until it is all ready. The food was good though and a good price.
