I came to tonight with my husband and twins and boy I did I not expect to get stressed out. When we sat down we waited 5 mins to get our order of drinks and then placed an order for my twins dinner and our appetizer. I told the waitress to place it and get it out ASAP so that I can feed my 2 year olds and once they are fed, then my husband and I can enjoy our food. Then the waitress came back with our drinks and we placed my order and my husbands. The first thing that came out was our side salads thats it. Then they brought the entire order out after. That is not what I asked to be done. I specifically wanted my kids dinner first so that I can enjoy mine. No instead everything came out at the same time and by the time I ate my food it was cold. That is unacceptable. I rarely go out to dinner and this time it was horrible and a very stressful dinner. I will definitely not be coming in to dine ever again. Sincerely, an angry tired mother.

If you are looking for Mediocre food that takes a long time to be delivered by mediocre staff this is the place for you!. We went here for lunch today and even though the restaurant was not busy sat around and waited for a waitress. Once we got our order in the Appetizer was delivered with the entrees - love when that happens - Again if you are looking for mediocre this is your place. The food: - Garlic fried Mushrooms - Absolutely Frozen and little or no taste - Wings - some of the most unspecial wings I have ever had. Essentially 10 wings and Fries for like 16.00!!! (Seriously!) - Fries - McDonalds would have been better - Artichoke Spinach Pizza - Wife liked it - one of the okay experiences of the lunch All of the staff seemed like we were putting them off that we were there. We will not be back to this location or any other Buffalo Wild Wings (We have had other "Mediocre" experiences at there franchise location.

Buffalo Wild Wings market cap has lost ground as of late. Share dropped 17% last year and one need not look any further than this restaurant to see why. Indifference, excuses, and a concern for quality on par with honesty in politicians. Ive been to other locations, several in fact, and had postative experiences. This location does everything posssble to destroy brand-name equity. "Managment" might just be the root of the problem, unwilling to address problems or even acknowledge them so one is harded pressed to say they are managers but more aptly paycheck collectors. The waitresses might be the one bastion of effort and quality here.

This place has gone down hill majorly since Ive last made a visit. This last week I went in after work with my husband, when we first walked in a group of workers were just standing around. We were seated and two other tables came in behind us, we waited for about 10 minutes before even being greeted. A table near by had a group of workers just standing around talking, we waited while the two other tables were immediately given drinks. We we were ignored. The only reason why Im giving it two stars is our waiter was very nice and obviously doing everyone elses job, and the food was hot. But it made me sick, so I wont be returning.

Things were happening slow the evening we were there for the second time. First of all, my empty glass could have been refilled with beer (more sale!!!), but when you have an empty glass for minutes, then you go to the check because your mates are done. They got second fills with soda... MANY free "waiters" off the floor talking, but lacking the educated customer-approach, taking care of people. Not being on their toes. Food took also a long long time to get. Not impressed. Beer was nice, and boneless are never wrong. But extra wet is more wet. If you get me... And when you ask for celeri, that doesnt include carrots. Or?

Service started off really really bad. I waited over 10 minutes close to the bar and no one came by (early evening and not busy). Then, wife and I sat at the bar which I dont really like to do but we did it because of service. Yes, it was a lot better there. The food took longer than expected. However, the wings were decent size, tender, cooked perfectly, and tasted very good. Sorry for the pic of mostly eaten wings. The carrots looked old and dried out. We chose not to eat those. Its my understanding there is a new owner and the size of the wings have improved.

We arrived at approximately 9:45 p.m. to find several empty yet dirty tables. We watched one bus person try to keep up with the business to no avail. The table that we finally got had been cleared since we walked in, it was waiting to be wiped down. We waited nearly 45 minutes to be seated. The table next to us was never cleared during the three hours we were there. We waited 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken and the same to get them. The food was tasty but it ALL came at once, appetizers and meals. I really dont ever plan to return to this location.

The server was nice but she was very slow and only came to our table once to see how we were doing. After sitting down it took us 10 minutes to get our drink order in and this is after asking 2 different servers who our actual server was. There were about 10 servers walking around by the way. We like the wings but I think management really needs to get their act together. No one seems to care to do their job. Probably the last time we are going there. We will take our business to Wild Wing Cafe.

Sat down and waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the table and acknowledge our existence - only after getting up and having to ask someone who our server was. Started with a request for water with no lemon and a few minutes later got water with lemon slices in it. Waited a few more minutes and with still nobody to take our food order, we decided to leave. Tables were not cleared, there was plenty of staff, not impressed. Got up to leave and on way out told the manager how unpleased we were.

My family and I normally really like Buffalo Wild Wings but when we went today we had received terrible service. We had gotten seated but a waiter never came to take our order. My dad went to ask for a waiter and the lady said she would go get somebody to attend to us but no one ever came. We ended up leaving. I had to file a complaint to the manager. As I was leaving I noticed that all the people that came in after us, were getting attended. I was very annoyed and frustrated. Never going back.

We went here for a quick lunch before a business meeting. After the meal, I can see why it was dead at 12:30. The waiter visited our table 2 times the whole meal, the food came out cold and to top it off, a manager sat right by us and had a rather unsavory discussion with her coworker right there within earshot. Everyone seemed apathetic towards everything other than their cell phone. We should have waited in line at Cheddars next door.
