Tried to order a 2 piece dinner from the drive thru. I pulled up and the first thing that I heard was a voice asking if I wanted to try a family meal for around $20.00 (i dont remember the exact amount). After listening to the spiel for nearly 2 minutes, I said "No" and immediately I was asked to wait. They finally came back on the intercom and I could not understand a word that they said. After asking them to repeat it a couple of times, I left and went to Wendys Drive Thru.

KFC is my all time favorite fast food restaurant but its becoming a hastle to even order there anymore. I went into this one and ask for an 8 piece original leg dinner and they gave us several excuses why they couldnt. Now one of these excuses was they were changing the oil. Who changes oil for their fryers during lunch. Was very unhappy when I had to resort to Arbys for lunch. Losing faith in KFC considering this is the second one that has done me this way.

Great restaurant and the best KFC/Taco Bell in my opinion! Theyre nice, fast and the food is great! They have the largest potato wedges that Ive ever seen and Im ALWAYS pleased with their food and service!

This is one of the absolute slowest "fast food" places around. I dread when my husband requests eating here. 20 minutes at a minimum is what youll spend going through the drive thru. Good luck.

Crappy service left off extra orders missed two items even after the order was read back twice!
