I am tired of the issues every time I come to this place. The staff could care less that you have waited 15 to 20 minutes for your breakfast sandwich. They priority the drive thru over mobile orders and then forget about your order until you remind them. Today was the last straw. I ordered via the app, and tried going through the drive thru. At the menu where you place your order I told them I was there to pick up my mobile order. They guy was kind and told me he found it and that I should pull up to the window. 5 minutes later, at the window, they had no idea who I was and asked me to pay $4. I told them its a mobile order and then they remembered and gave me one sandwich and my drink, so I waited for the 2nd sandwich. The guy looked at me confused and I told him that I was waiting for the 2nd sandwich I ordered. He then said, "Oh right, we ran out of that sandwich. Pull around and well fix it". Already mad I was not told earlier (nor was the app updated to show its not available), I pulled around where there was no parking. My wife stayed in the car and I walked in. I waited 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there about the missing sandwich. They apologized, and offered me one other sandwich option, which I did not want. I asked for a refund, which they gave me. But, all throughout they had a very careless attitude about the mistake they once again made. I really like their food, but its a bad way to start my day. I try to be patient and understanding, but something wrong has happened the last 5 times Ive come to this location. Ive been here during the week, weekend, morning, and lunch. Same story every time. I have decided to not visit this location again. And I hope, that some say Starbucks decides to run their business with the customer service and integrity of Chick-fil-a.

I really like Starbucks and this new location across the parking lot from the old spot, that is now an AT&T store is much nicer on the inside. Unfortunately because of the need for a Drive Thru for our car centric society limits the outside seating area and makes it much less enjoyable than it was at the old location. The Drive Thru also makes walking up to the front door a little more challenging in terms of dodging cars.

The service at this Starbucks is superb. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. The location is great with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The inside area is always pretty warm in the winter which creates a very comfortable feeling when you walk in. This is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks in Atlanta and beyond.

The drive through line is absoulty ridiculous.... 15 min wait... Service is very slow... But wait there is more... When i drove off my order was completly wrong... My initial plan was to go to mcafe but i thought hey why not treat myself... You would have thought it was halloween because instead of a treat i got tricked.

This store is in a nice area and the employees are so kind and upbeat. I am amending an earlier review. After contacting the store about my issue, they were curtious and prompt about making things right. I am happy for the change and I will continuing coming.

Me, my fiance, and all of my coworkers order from here on almost a daily basis. We absolutely love it!! The atmosphere and staff are on point all the time! Reason for 4 stars instead of 5: I really wish that my drink would taste the same everytime I ordered it.

Fast & Friendly! Such a great environment. Baristas are always nice and never make you feel like your taking too long to order (no matter how busy they are). Less than stellar qualities: This location is always busy and parking is troublesome.

This easy to find Starbucks location makes it ideal for meetings. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and efficient. Theres no drive-thru so getting a to-go order means parking and going inside.

This Starbucks recently switched to the other side of the shopping center to accommodate drive thru service. The new location has a spacious and modern interior with plenty of workstation for individuals and groups.
