The employees here are very nice and down-to-earth. The manager is always involved with the customer and will go out of his way to make sure people understand the process and enjoy their meals. When I asked him about the amount of ingredients I put in my lettuce wrap he said "We have all fresh lettuce, and it will fit and its gonna be good!" I was pretty satisfied with that answer.

This particular location sandwich center should be called Which Wich inferior sandwich center. They stuff sandwich based on their wish rather than customer wish and provide rediculous explanation and wrapping is supper pathetic . I had to throw sandwich into the thrash can after opening. Wasted money with no refund-JP

Ate here a few times. I like the concept of choosing the kind of sandwich you want on the bag, and then handing it over for them to make. Ive always ended up with exactly what I wanted. I recommend this place if you like sandwich shops similar to the Subway classification.

Its a good, convenient sandwhich made by minimum wage young adults. Im happy they have jobs, they are always polite and cheerful to me, a frumpy middle age lady. They play good rock music while I munch. Give them a break, it is just a sandwhich!
