Been in a couple times, but one time really takes the cake. I came in and one of the employees was taking a drive-thru order, and he was rolling his eyes and was visibly upset. I get it though - Ive worked food service and I understand bad days, so I tried to be nice. The second employee then came out and, while making my sandwich, answered his phone and started talking to his buddy while making my sandwich. I then asked for some dressing on my sandwich, which is usually available, and the employee grabbed me a packet of italian dressing. The employee who was originally being rude to the drive-thru customer turned to me and told me that Im not allowed to do that (put dressing on my sandwich) instead of telling his fellow employee that he had made a mistake. I just dont understand how this is acceptable...

Terrible customer service rude staff who thinks its ok to argue with customers and give them a rude tone. They refused to make my subs at first because I ordered 3 subs and tried telling me they couldnt do more than 2 subs in Drive thru though my husband was there not even a week prior and they made 3 subs without issue in the drive through. Apparently they dont put ice in cups either because I got asked if I wanted ice in my tea which was still hot even after the ice.

They toasted my sub as requested. Then it sat there and got cold as they made sandwiches for three customers behind me. After the order was rung up they just walked away without handing me my receipt or sandwich. They yelled at me that the payment was approved. I had to ask for a receipt. They need more than two people working at the time of day I was there. Dinner time. They need to provide better training also. The parking lot can be a challenge to navigate.

Their sign and google link states that they are open til 1am. I arrived at 11:45pm, saw a young man enter the building. 60 secs later I approach the door, but its locked. I see the young women smiling and talking with the young man that just entered. When she looks at me, she signals to me that they are closed. Change your signs or accommodate all customers until closing time!

If you going to say youre open till 1 and I get there after midnight and you say youre already closed maybe you should change your signs, and if you are open till 1 should probably tell your employees not to be sitting on their ass riding the clock for an hour...just sayin.

Worst Subway in Tallahassee. The drive-thru always seems to be "Out of Order". Even dating back to when it was 24 hours. They dont care. Can you blame the college kids that work there? No. But you can blame the management team for not caring. Find a different Subway.

Worst subway ever. The workers look so unmotivated and sad. One girl started making food with dirty gloves and the other is just lost. The way they make food makes u not want to eat there. I love subway but i cant honestly say i will never go there again

They say theyre running a deal till midnight. I get there a half hour before close and they have the doors locked saying theyre not open.. if thats the case dont run the deal in the first place. Total joke, awfully run franchise.

Nice cashier but very obnoxious and rude manager. If hes making your sub expect him to skimp on sauces and vegetables and then complain about having to give you extra. Would not recommend and will not eat there again.
