We placed our order online. When I arrived to pick up the nice girl behind the counter asked who I was, Lauren? No Bethelview Eyecare or Sarah or Robert....Oh she hands me 3 sandwiches and I asked for a bag, she said they are right in front of you. I said oh thanks! Then I asked where my fourth sandwich was? The girl looked at the older woman in the middle and the older woman said "what do you need? Cups?" "No I need my fourth sandwich." she responds "with when did you order it?" "It is part of this order" She retorts "are you sure?" I reach in my bag and look at one of the tickets and it says 3 of 4 and I ask her "why does it say 3 of 4 if You dont have the order?" She finds the ticket acts like oh well and proceeds to make the sandwich. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! She acted as if I was inconvenienceing her by asking for my sandwich then accused me of being unreasonable for her being rude to me and me mentioning to the girl at check out. Then she sarcastically told me to "have a better day" to which I replied "that will be easy I dont work with you!" We have an office meeting once a week this is our first and last time with Which Wich. No apology, just acted like a total snot. I have worked as a restaurant manager and would never have treated one of my guests that way. I would have apologized for not having the sandwich ready then made it Then apologized! Not say to my customer "mam get over it youve only been here one minute!" Good I wont ever be back, and our office will have lunch with someone who understands customer service!!!!

The staff was really helpful and nice. They showed me how to order which is really creative. I liked the food so much I had it twice in one day. I had the Gyro which was really cool because it wasnt on flatbread it was on a toasted sandwich roll and it was pretty good and earlier that same day I had a chicken cheesesteak also different and good.

I go to which wich windward all the time and this place is the worst i have ever been. Couldnt find a clean table to sit and i cleaned my own table. There were 5 people working and it was not crowded. Sandwich was also cold.

This place is my new favorite place to get sandwiches from. Its right by my workplace and has the best combo of delicious sandwiches and friendly staff. And the sandwich price is amazing, especially for the quality.

Love the Which Wich chain, this one is no exception - I actually like that this one has an outdoor seating area for when the weather is nice. Definitely swing by if you are tired of Subways processed meats

My husband and I are always on the hunt for "that" special sandwich place, and this is the one! Cant be beat! Everything is extremely fresh, they have something for everyone and theyre reasonably priced!

Staff was friendly, but they got my order wrong 3 times. And not slightly wrong, completely wrong. I ordered turkey and got roast beef. Never going back.
