I will never order food here again! I ordered 30 wings and fries. I didnt get any ranch or celery. So I called the store the cashier who was eating behind the counter said oh the packer forgot it. I said ok can I have my fries made over and Ill come back for the rest of my food. Oh no you were suppose to remind him for it. I told her I didnt work there ,that wasnt my job. She placed me on hold only to come back to the line to say " they said no". I asked Who is they? She replies the cooks. I told her I was on my way back. The young man who packed my order gave me my ranch. I told him I wanted my fries fresh. Another gentleman asked the cook to come talk to me. The cook asked me what I wanted. He said " you want fresh fries because you forgot something?" I didnt forget anything cause I dont work there. It should have been with the rest of my food. I explained to him that I couldnt have forgot to get something that was behind the counter. He agreed to remake my fries. Once they were cooked they were tossed on the counter. If the front cashier wasnt eating behind the counter she could have notice the mistake her cashier/ packer made. Get it together American Deli! Ill take my business elsewhere

This is the first place Ive been to where I couldnt buy a bun on the side. I was ordering this to make a sandwich for my little brother-- but the manager told me this was something that just wasnt possible. As if I was asking him to do some obscene deed like eat gravel or punch Sandra Bullock. Literally in the 8 years Ive been actively exploring restaurants Ive never had such a hilarious failure of service. Also the people in the back werent using gloves-- so Im definitely not coming back again. Much better alternatives in Douglasville.

Ive been eating at this spot at least twice a month since it opened. Some of the best fries Ive had. Always got them cooked soft, but today I was told that could not be done. Not even an effort. Yet, the same cook that has prepared them for months now is the one that told me this. Not only lost a sale today, but also a customer. Hello! Not everyone likes their fries hard and crispy...SMH...

Tried to order food 20 minutes before they close and he told me that that that serve anyone anymore they really want to restaurant that didnt serve you until they actually like the doors never going back

Love the wings. But the last time I went I ask for extra crispy or all flats they said they couldnt do it... but I go there at least twice a week and rules change other than that wing combo are great.
