DISGUSTING!! I went to American Deli today for some delicious fries. I requested them to be well done because I like mines a little crispy. I placed my order and waited in car for them to be done. Spouse went in to pick them up and added salt and ketchup. When I opened box, noticed not well down so made a u-turn to return them. This is where it gets disgusting. Instead of cooking new fries they took my fries and placed them in the fry basket to re-cook. When I saw this I stopped them immediately and advised that was unsanitary and that they needed to cook fresh fries. They then took the fries and dumped them into the fry bin and served them to other customers. I touched these fries. My husband touched these fries and some stranger ate them. How nasty. Never again will I eat there!

Customer service could be better. They are not necessarily rude just not very friendly but Ill give them 5 stars because this place never fails me! The quality of their food is consistent and they in my opinion have the best flavor as far as just a hot wing goes out of all the other wing spots in town... Just ate here yesterday as a matter of fact 10/07/16 .... They also have the best philly! Overall this place is amazing ....

First time eating here on Friday 10-21-16 and everything was DELICIOUS! The service was great too. I told the young lady behind the counter about it being our first time here & its almost like she made sure not to disappoint. My family & I will definitely be coming back for the good wings, good sub, and the big juicy burger! Soft fries too!

Family ordered two cheesesteaks with fries, 20 wings and chicken fried rice. The portions are big. Cheesesteaks had plenty of meat and they give you a ton of fries. Lemon pepper and sweet chili wings were good. Ordered ahead so it was ready when we got there. Fried rice was good. Could use little more flavor. Will keep going back.

The best American Deli to me so far! Ive went to others but none of those places beat this particular spot. Like every American Deli cooks & run the spot differently. My food looks & smells good every time I order here. I will continue to come here as long as they keep providing good quality service.

Good wings at a reasonable price varied selection dont order the fish because they overcook it every time Ive tried it fries are ok the beverages are really really sweet especially the tea and lemonade ,punch but I do recommend the wings and the subs she try the sweet chilli thats my favourite now.

Since discovering this place Ive visited far too many times. Ive only had their wings so far and they are pretty good. I love the lemon pepper. There is never a really long wait after putting in your order. Reasonably priced. Ill update once I try more of the food.

From WNY Buffalo, NY area these wings are the BEST in the area! We use to have no choice but to order wings from Austell Wings and they were ok. American Deli has the BEST flavor...not dry and soggy. Great service and WINGS!
