I do not know -THIS IS IT BBQ RESTAURANT- its only for AMERICAN BLACK PEOPLE. for the first time; living in America; over 25 years - just face my big HUMILIATION - DISCRIMINATION AND RACIST attitude by two servers - BLACK and WHITE girls on Wednesday - March 22th 2017 at 1.00pm. place an order dinner IN. I got my food tray for a table in the dinning room. I was welcome by a server(white girl) who suppose work on my table. after 11 minutes waiting for drink and spoon/folk; another server(black girl) show up with a spoon/folk and dinning paper no drink. meanwhile they were focus taking care of American customers sit down after me. next to my table. so mad I went to the front desk to express my feeling. to be honest I did get a reasonable explanation. from the managers team and servers. why I did get that treatment. so I just figure it up because i do have some speaks and language accents. I a black man speaking FRENCH - SPANISH - PORTUGUES AND ENGLISH. also i am a manager in restaurant business over 18 years till now.

I will never eat at this is it again i went there on Monday and I wanted the 1999 meal 8 piece fried chicken the employee said they was sold out of fried chicken got dammit how can u be sold out of fried chicken he said they only had bbq so I dont really like bbq but I said ok my two sides i wanted mc and cheese and rice casserole but they were sold out of rice casserole so I end up taking double mc and cheese got to the register I suppose to get a gallon of tea with my meal but they said they was out of gallon jugs. I was pissed off at that point cause they should had told me that from the beginning. They end of giving me 5 cups empty cups I started to just walk away but I went on and paid for it never again will i go to this is it bbq

I have not had This Is It in awhile so I decided come in on a Sunday because I know that they will be serving dressing. I had to stand in line for 10 to 13 minutes and I asked will they be having some more dressing coming out and she told me yes so I waited and to customers that were behind me got the rest of the dressing then I ask where was the dressing that was coming up she said it would have been 45 minutes. Of course I was very upset and walked out because instead of letting customers that were behind get the rest she should have communicated with me. I never return again. The food is delicious and we wanted our rib top dinner but the way the staff was killed my expierence.

Traveling through Atlanta and stop for some fish and veggies and food was okay but nothing to brag about...fish nuggets fried to hard and hubby baked chicken overcooked..during check out you select a tip to leave your waiter, so I added $2....If it wasnt for our waitress Brianna a high school senior that wants a career in restaurant management with a minor in culinary I would gave this experience 1 ☆...Brianna kept a genuine smile on her face and her customer service skills should be taught in ALL your establishments and others...I hope This is It recognizes her and invest in her future endeavors because shes a raising star...I ended up leaving $10 and left hungry

Good food sometimes. Terrible service! Super slow all the time. The online ordering seems to be convenient until you go to pick up your food. Nothing is ever ready on time. Forget about calling in an order. They rarely answer the phone. Ive been to this location several times and have pretty much the same experience every time. Ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but Im tired of spending my hard earned money at an establishment that is consistently this bad! Take the advice of the other reviews. Waste your time somewhere else. You will get much better service anywhere else.

I was coming from town on a Saturday late afternoon, I decided I was hungry, and since I had never eaten at "Here It Is", I stopped and got a rib tip plate with green beans and cole slaw. Bad mistake. I got home and popped a beer to have a good meal and watch TV. The green beans were delicious and the cole slaw was tasty. The rib tips were so tough I couldnt eat them. The dog never said whether he liked them or not. These people should take a GOOD look at the feedback and mend their ways. I dont see how they have stayed in business. NEVER AGAIN, repeat NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

My good dining experience with this restaurant has really changed. The food has significantly gone up and the portions have gotten smaller. I am also disappointed that the customer care is awful. I asked for more Gravy on the dry dressing and said thank you for your generosity. The guy behind the counter, He said, "I wish that were so." I am now going to pass up this Memorial Drive location and go one exit over to Covington Highway to spend my hard earned money at Whos Got Soul Cafe. The portions are bigger, the prices are cheaper, the food is good and better priced.

I decided go go to This Is It today because my past experiences eating here had been fairly decent. Well..I was very disappointed in the service and the food. I ordered the 12 piece BBQ Chicken family pack which took 40 minutes to get. After driving 30 minutes to get home, I discovered that the chicken was not good at all! The sauce was terrible and the chicken was not thoroughly cooked. I called and spoke with a manager who told me to bring the chicken back but thats another hour drive! DISSATISFIED! !

Its no wonder This Is It has become so popular. The food truly is rather good. While Ive definitely had better, theres also no doubt that this restaurant is well worth a visit. The folks at this particular location are friendly. On the negative side, service tends to be a little slow, especially if youre ordering something that needs to be cooked fresh, such as the fried fish. The price is slightly high in my opinion, but this is understandable considering the quality of the food.

This restaurant on memorial drive in Decatur has lost its lustra. Many times I have ate here and I enjoyed it but it seems that the staff and all no longer care. I received a plate with pulled pork in a cup with 10 fries and no BBQ sauce, this was to be a sandwich with mac and cheese and fries but no one cared to tell you there was no bread in the house. No one care to ask you if you want to change your order before they handed you what they wanted you to have.

This is the second time at least that I have placed an order online and they didnt check their fax machine until i arrived -_- placed an order two hours ago and still have to wait...and on top of that the order should come with hushpuppies and the lady said they dont have any (then why is it on your menu) her solution was to offer me texas toast -_- . Ive also had issues with them either not answering the phone or being rude on it
