Mediocre food & service. Called in an order for pick up, i didnt check it at the bar and they packed chopped pork when we ordered sliced. The chopped pork contained so many chunks of tough bark, we could hardly eat it. Went back 4 months later, called in an order for pick up, ask him how long would it take to prepare the order (2 boxes of sliced pork, 1 1/2 # total) and they said 10 minutes. Went in to pay, and ended up waiting over 25 minutes... Just stood there waiting at the bar. Asked about the order and they said they were busy getting a catering order out (Wednesday 5 pm). Really frustrating when you make a point to call ahead and they tell you 10 minutes, when it really is 35 minutes for a pickup order. Sliced pork was just okay, sliced too thick, not very tender, not much flavor. They were apologetic that it took so much time, and gave us "extra," but it doesnt matter if it just tastes okay. Bartender who placed the order, gave us at least ten sauces in tiny plastic containers. On the way home, one of them wasnt closed and spilled all over the inside of the bag, soaked the steamed paper bag. Sauce ran all over the container onto the floor mat. I was really happy that I have rubber mats, or it would have been a terrible mess on carpet. Received a voice mail call on my way home from the restaurant from the manger to explain and apologize, asked me to call him back, offered a dinner for two to give then another try.. His message was sincere, he sounded so nice, so I called the restaurant back. It rang four times and instead of a human, a fax machine picked up. Third strike. I have given up on cue BBQ.

We arrived around 6pm on July 4th. We opted for a table outside since it was available and they had fans on the patio... which was very nice! We were seated, got our drinks, ordered, and within minutes, had our food. The service was incredibly fast and the food was amazing! Some of the best brisket Ive ever had and the fried okra was fresh and done well. The sweet potato casserole was delish as well- I shared the leftovers with a fly that was hanging out. Our whole party was very pleased! We need one in Cobb County! Otherwise, I could see us making the trip for special occasions. Price point was typical for a well-done BBQ joint, maybe slightly higher than average. I was considering that may be because of the area. But at any rate, it was excellent! By the time we were leaving, there was a wait and the place was definitely hopping.

Food is good, but they really need better wait staff. Mothers Day and I told my waiter I didnt really care for the sausage sampler I ordered and asked for a menu to order something else, didnt ask why I was unhappy with what I ordered and didnt come back to see what else I wanted....husband and son were finished eating by the time he bothered to come by....fries my husband ordered never arrived... even though I like their food, unlikely will be back....charged me for something I didnt eat, Samuel F. you should find another profession, waiting tables is not your strong suit.

Superb barbecue. I cook barbecue, love barbecue and have lived in some major BBQ cites (Memphis, Kansas City) hitting all the famous joints during my tenure. Cue is at the top of my list based purely on the quality of the barbecue. Wonderful texture, smokiness, clean meat with a terrific amount of "crusty" pieces, but not dry at all. Wonderful! Add in the fact they make the rolls, the pickles and everything else in-house. Fantastic! Full disclosure, I have only had the chopped pork, rolls, grean beans, and slaw. All were top notch. Cant wait to try more.

I wasnt impressed. The chopped pork was fatty and chewy instead of tender and meaty. The brisket was ok, but no memorable flavor. They have a good variety of sauces to try, but they all have a stronger vinegar taste than I would prefer and they are quite watery. I will say that I am not a fan of sweet potatoes, but I mistakenly ordered the Bourbon sweet potato casserole thinking it was a traditional southern potato salad, and I really liked it! The collard greens were adequately cooked. For being a BBQ place, I really wished Id enjoyed the BBQ more.

Moved here from NC. Heard this place was fabulous. Its fabulous alright. Ive been back 3X since. Ribs are awesome, its all I get so I cant tell you about much else menu wise other than the sides are fantastic as well. My only complaint would be the timing on the fresh cut fries...ask them to hold them down for a minute or 2 longer. It would also be nice to add one more sauce to the collection, something honey based. Staff is always on point. Bartender is knowledgeable about the wide selection of craft beers available. Good joint.

Well, this place USED to be good. What a shame! Now it is disgusting. Not sure if they changed chefs or owners, but it has definitely gotten worse over the past 3 or 4 months. I went there a few weeks ago and got the chicken platter with fries & collards. The chicken was very tough, like it was boiled and the fries were cold, hard and chewy. YUCK!!! I will not go back.

We came during a slow time (Monday midday) food was great, staff was very nice and overall very cool place. I will come back again to see how we do during the busy time but as of right now I like it better than the others in town and those are closer to home, but this place is worth the extra drive time.

Good sausage, it is a course grind which I prefer. The brisket was dry, I prefer the Central Texas style. Sides were good, get the Collard Greens and Black Eyed Peas (they had pulled-pork in them). Overall a solid meal. Good sauce choices, mainly mustard and vinegar based, except for the KC bottle.

Great sides. Bar B Que grills right there. So good. Wonderful beer selection! I order ribs, pot salad, greens, veg of day. Mac and cheese too good. Home made bread! Four BB Que sauces will satisfy any taste. Better meat than Jim & Nicks. (Jim & Nicks Barbecue is one exit south at the Collections.)

A combo plate, meat came out lukewarm, bland flavor. Should rename the place to French fries give you a plate that is 3/4 fries and a small portion of meat. 2nd worst BBQ place in the greater Cumming area. Staff eating, touching their faces and serving beers, drinks without washing their hands.

Love everything about this place!! Homey atmosphere, staff become your friends. Great bbq, but my most favorite is the grilled bologna and cheese on a homemade bun!! Brings you back to your childhood but better =] Amazing fries. Love the bartender on Monday nights!!

Collards were just perfect. Brunswick Stew was very watery, not much of anything in it. Had chopped pork, decent taste, but way too greasy. I will be back though to try the chicken. Could have been just chopped with too much fat in it, but noticeably greasy.
