Décor is pretty bland, but fine for a small town restaurant. Food was fairly good, though somewhat small portions for the quality and price. Service was absolutely terrible. Young college kids who clearly have no experience and very little training handle the entire front of house, and it was a complete mess, even with the place half empty. Drinks were left empty. Food was forgotten from the order. When asking for a recommendation for someone who was hungry, what turned out to be the smallest, though most expensive, item asked about was suggested. Could be a good restaurant, but the service ruined the experience.

What a delightful find. Food was great and reasonably priced. Shrimp and grits really nicely done and we love boudin so its nice to be able to get it. Crab cake was a great appetizer too, remoulade sauce nicely done and just the right amount. Really like the salad too, celery, peppers, lots of good stuff that you usually dont see in salads, obviously prepared with care. Got to dine on the balcony overlooking the square which is a treat in itself. Service was attentive and atmosphere was not fussy, very friendly people in Dahlonega, well be back!

The setting alone is worth a visit. The building is an historic old hotel on the Square in Dahlonega. The food was excellent!!! I had hot smoked sausage with red beans and rice. Delicious!!! My wife had gumbo, which was also fantastic. And then dessert with beignets!!! We ordered one traditional and one filled with chocolate from a local chocolatier and drizzled with a strawberry sauce. Mmm... so good...

The balcony view is good but the food is mediocre for the price you pay. Service was a joke. Our server wanted to lecture me and give me a guilt trip because I wanted a STRAW. Did not enjoy this place, even contacted the restaurant via email about my experience. ZERO response. Will not go back and do not recommend this place.

I am thoroughly impressed. Food was great, craft beer menu was the perfect size and every beer was delicious. Service was very satisfying and friendly. I want to thank Bourbon Street grille for being the first restaurant in a very long time that hasnt disappointed me in any way whatsoever.

I ate here twice recently. I had a burger which was really good. The second time I had the Gumbo Cheese Fries. They were awesome. They do have a touch of spice though so if you dont like having a bit of zing be careful. If you love spicy food you probably wont even notice.

1 hour... yes truly an hour.... to serve a club sandwich and a crawfish po boy is truly unacceptable. meanwhile 2 tables next to us were seated after and served before us. No apology or explanation from the waiter. then the order was wrong. Wont be back.

a wonderful isolated dinning experience. try the gumbo over the cheese grits, simply amazing! they also have wonderful balcony seating, which during winter (towards christmas), you can see all the christmas tree lights and its damn near magical!

Bourbon Street Grille is a recognized staple of Dahlonega. Its small patio fills up quickly, but is the best eating location on the square. The Cajun inspired menu is excellent, and portions are surprisingly filling.

They have great food, both for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as friendly staff. They can meet your needs with good food and enjoyable service. I recommend the Lost Bread and the Shrimp Po Boy.

The jambalaya (hot sausage and shrimp) was great, as was the beer selection. You cant serve food like that without Abita The "entertainment" from the old drunk couple at the bar was interesting, too.

I went to this art/wine tasting establishment witg my friend and her daughter. Vicky was so much fun during the wine tasting and explained all about the Georgia wines. Enjoyable girls day out.

Wonderful place to dine while in Dahlonega. The Shrimp with cheese grits are a must try item on the menu. Its truly a little bit of Bourbon Street hidden in the north Georgia mountains.

Very nice menu, unique for Dahlonega. It is a college town, so it does seem that servers are always happy, but in need of training nd edd experience. Ill be a regular here.

Everything on the brunch menu is delicious! Great service and location. The porch areas are always full, so get there early if you want to overlook the square while you eat.

Had the PoBoy. Bread was very dry. Red bean and rice was different. I was not a fan. Wifes club sandwich was very good. Service was very good. Decent, but not great.

I did not enjoy the food. I ordered the seafood platter and everything was deep fried and tasted the same. Ive been to bourbon street and this isnt like that at all.

Had the muffaletta. Not quite Central Grocery, but still very good. Food arrived quickly and service was friendly. Charming old building, very New Orleans-like.

Great food and service. Also good beer choices. The blackened Redfish was delicious as was the dirty shrimp. Will go here every time we come to North Georgia.

Nice staff but food was over priced for what i for on my entree. Wife and I had a glass of wine, an appetizer and two classic entrees and total was $60.
