Froyo was delicious but owner was rude. We didnt know about the sampling policy which is on a small, dull piece of paper and ambiguously worded. Tried some flavors before she chased us down and continually told us we pay for everything. I apologized several times while she STILL told me her expenses in her business. I found it rude and unprofessional. To anyone going, watch for the sampling policy sign and samples can be bought. Hopefully you know what flavor you like ahead of time. Edit: calling me an adolescent shows how unprofessional you are. We werent pouring froyo into our mouths and we had apologized. At no froyo establishment that weve ever been to were sample cups were not out with other cups. I find your response rude and insulting to accuse us of theft. As a person is the service industry, the accusation that we were thieves is clearly based off of our appearances of being younger than you. It was a simple misunderstanding that you handled poorly.

This is no joke my favorite place in town. I moved here about 6 months ago and this was one of the first restaurants I went to. Ive been almost everywhere in town now and still come back here time and time again. The owner April is so kind, she is so nice to talk to. I always feel so welcomed and invited when at spoon shine. Her smoothies are so delicious, my favorite thing is the baked potato bar. Its soooo yummy ! And all the toppings you want for just $5! My whole family eats here, they love the sandwiches and salads. Weve never tried something we didnt like. It will always be one of my favorite places to stop at for lunch thank you April !!

I absolutely love this place! It first intrigued me when I noticed in attractive font that they have a baked potato bar inside. I have never seen a concept like this, and I love potatoes. It was tasty. It was like Subway, where you pick your toppings. They have frozen yogurt and smoothies in there as well. They have the complete menu right outside the door on a huge, life-size poster with the prices. I like this concept also. They always have the same lady in there who is extremely nice. They give discounts to UNG students as well. I have come here multiple times and will come back!

No where is it clearly and conspicuously stated that you will be charged for samples. When you get to the register the cashier asks "what you got to try," in a really disingenuous manner, and then charges you for your reply. They could at least be upfront and tell you that they charge when you ask for sample cups.Half of the machines were empty and the decor has changed dramatically and taken a turn for the shabby. The odd way of being dishonest to the customer gave me a really creepy feeling and I definitely wont be going back.

The owner was extremely sweet and helped us to find vegan options. She informed us that the potato bar, which we havent tried yet, offers dairy-free butter and other vegan toppings including vegan bacon bits. Definitely will go back to try that before our vacation is over. They also offer 2 vegan sorbets (orange and watermelon) and many vegan smoothie combos with your choice of either almond or coconut milk. My husband and I really enjoyed our visit here!

This place is amazing! I come here at least twice a week for lunch. Everything you would want is here: pizza, chicken strips, hot wings, hamburgers, baked potatoes and so much more! The food is always tasty and hot, and the Chai tea here is absolutely delicious. Of course, the fro-yo is scrumptious, especially with the 20+ toppings you can put on top of it. This is by far my favorite place to go to eat! :)

GREAT place for lunch! They dont just have yogurt, but great lunch food with a middle eastern twist. They have my favorite which is a Greek chicken salad and gyro! They also offer you free loose leaf fresh brewed tea with your entree which is awesome. Very reasonable prices. Check this place out!

Excellent food! Always great service. My favorite is the lamb gyro or the hot lamb and cheese sandwich. Froyo is awesome too!! Definitely a go to in Dahlonega!
