9/30/15 We eat delivery pizza once a week. I decided to give Pizza Hut a try. Ordering went ok, had good choices of items and add ons. Normally order from Dominos. Pizza huts price was better with more options. Placed the order at 18:24:17 (6:24ish), delivery Time on ticket 19:09 (7:09ish). At 7:30 I gave up and called. Person answered did not identify her self said " oh he had a delivery down the road from you, give him another 10 minutes. If its cold call back and well give you credit". Food arrived at 8:00, no apology thats its 50 minutes late, it was warm at best and I learned my lesson.

A horrible customer service by a "Nicole" who claimed to be the Manager of this location. The delivery was almost 2hours late, called to follow-up and she claimed there was no order history or address in the system with my name, only for the delivery to arrive while she was on the phone so rude and insisting that I never placed an order even after I mentioned that I spoke to her earlier and she assured me the delivery will get to my home soon. The biggest shock was when the delivery guy apologized and explained how the system works which Nicole had no knowledge of.

They offered a pizza for 50 percent off i placed my order for 1 large pizza my bill was very high so i walked inand told the lady at the counter i did not receive my discount she said oh! Thats all i got. I went back on line and explained what had happened to pizza hut customer service that was 2 days ago i have not heard from them. If customer service doesnt respond then your left dealing with the people at the establishment. I dont want them preparing my food.

As of now my delivery order is 25 minutes late. Last time I went to pick up from this location they forgot or lost my order. The time before that they burnt my cinna sticks and I sat in there for fifteen minutes. They obviously need new management. Settling for dominos from now on.

good service... Soon after they opened, i was stuck in Atlanta traffic after work. I called and asked if my kids could order dinner delivered and then i would stop by to pay on my way home. No problem..!! Many thanks for helping this way.

Its a very friendly and efficient Pizza Hut and is very clean and tidy on the inside. This is a delivery or carry out only facility, so no dining room or restroom for customers.

Very good pastas! On Tuesdays is only 10... well, it looks like today is Wednesday... but 13 is still a good price for two pans of delicious pasta and 5 bread sticks.
