Gluten allergies aside, I ordered two of these just now from these guys. The pizzas were good and for the value worth my money. These guys are quick and your pizza is generally ready within 15 minutes. I have never had them deliver to my house because I live just five minutes away, so I cant comment on their delivery. In the past year, I have ordered four times from these guys on a pinch if I have not prepared a meal for my family. In all, I have spent less than $100. Marcos just opened down the street, but they have yet to offer a gluten free pizza, so I call these guys. Honestly, I have been disappointed the last couple of times, this present order included. On my previous visit, the lady who was cutting my pizza was also on the phone. I was not sure if that was a personal call or a business one, but the cut was butchered. There should not be a trapezoid in the middle of the pie. I called the manager and by the book all the usual platitudes and pabulum was offered. Forgivable, yes. This most recent visit, I was hoping for a fresh start. The order was simple. Two gluten free pies, one cheese and the other hamburger. When I got there, there was a line so I patiently waited for my pies to be on the rack (the boxes are different). At the back, there was a commotion about my pies, and they proceeded to exchange one pie for another. OK, I thought, a mix up with someone elses. Then the reveal. The cheese was ok, but the hamburger was not. For some odd reason they left half of it cheese. At this point, I had a temporary moment of anger and I said something I regret. The salesperson behind the counter was as shocked as I was. There were now other people in line. She corrected me (rightly so) and the person in charge came over and tried to mollify the situation. By then I was too embarrassed to carry on a rational conversation. I took my two pies and left. To be fair, the person in charge offered to give me a free pizza ( the mistake) and offered to bake another at my specification. I was undone at this point and took my pizzas and left. Disappointed? Yes. This time though more with myself than with their error. Sadly, this is the only place within a short distance that offers this type of pie. As soon as Marcos gets their act together, this is it. I am not calling the national chains, so never mind that. I dont want to make the leap that they can recognize I am a minority over the phone. I detected nothing out of the ordinary inside the facility that would indicate a predilection towards stereotypes. I have noticed that at the times I have gone there myself or have gone there with a friend that I did not see a single minority behind the counter. So there you have it. My tale told in full. It is a little rambling and I apologize for its length.I also want to apologize to that young lady who heard me speak colorfully about my recent experiences at Riverside Pizza.

Pizza was great but it would have been even better ; if the staff would have listened to my request. I specifically ask to have the crush red peppers sprinkled on my BBQ Chicken Pizza while being baked. The young said yes that and that she would pass it on but when I came back she said she didnt know that what I meant!!! That really gets under my skin to be lied to especially after I said it twice to you. And, then your other staff member has some smart sly comment as I walk out the door. Customer Service is Cruel and Important to any business. I suggest you speak to your staff and have them listen better.

Unbelievable how these people are rated over a1. Look on yelp. These people are always starting closing procedures 2 hours early and never have anything ready. Ive been here a few months ago and asked if they ever have anything ready after 8, they said they close at 10 and start cleaning early...... 2 hours. This was the second chance I gave them, I guess customer input just dose t matter to them. Wont be back, youve lost my business!

I dont know what it is. I just love this place. Quick cheap pizza. They taste great, still pretty good the next day. Would always go here for little cesars.
