Over all the food was about what you would expect from Pizza Hut, disappointing at best. This is not the reason however I disliked this location, as I was expecting the food to be sub-par. When picking up my pizza, and standing by my self at the register for a good while, I was interested in the trays used to move the pizzas around. Thinking of the poor quality, and how Pizza Hut probably our sources this with bulk orders. However I noticed the cutter used, a large rounded blade knife with handles on both sides, and realized the employees where using this same blade on EVERY pizza. You may think, no big deal, but what if you are vegetarian? I had ordered a veg lovers pizza, knowing no one in my house was vegetarian I said nothing to the staff. This is a big deal if you are though, and order your pizza for delivery. This was my big problem, although the dim lighting, grimy look and feel, and over all poor level of cleanliness of the place didnt help. I personally wont be returning. I can buy a digiorno pizza for half the price and twice the quality.

Im completely livid. The first time I ordered a delivery, they said it would take 45 minutes tops. An hour and a half later, still nothing. We call back, after calling over 20 times before someone finally answered the phone, they claimed we never ordered pizza! Little do they know, my friend works up there and he saw our order sitting under the lamps! We asked for the manager. She argued w us still claiming there was no order under our name, address, or phone number. Then, tonight I ordered from them again and the same thing happened!!! Except this time, we ordered online from that location, so we wouldnt have to speak w anyone. It gave me a confirmation number and a wait time of 1.5 hours. Well.....2 hrs later still nothing. I call up there 19 times and nobody answers. They kept forwarding my calls to the corporate pizzahut. And they never even came. That was by far the worst restaurant experience Ive ever had, 2 times in a row!!!!! Will be going up there to complain asap, and calling corporate!!!! They need to hire new employees asap!!!

Had the worst experience yesterday evening. Will not be a repeat customer. I was so sick, but I had to take my meds with food. I wasnt up to cooking, so I ordered pizza, I thought an hour tops and I will have something to eat with my meds. I was so wrong. After 1 & 1/2 hr I had to call the store and get a update. The lady assured me the the driver had just left the store. So I thought, yeay 5 more minutes. After a little more than 10 minutes the driver shows up and didnt even apologize for being late. After tipping, I opened the boxes to the biggest disappointment ever. Both the pizza and pasta were ridiculously cold and hard. Not even warm. I know that pizza had not just left the store or it had been sitting there for over an hour before the driver left. They couldve at least kept it warm in the delivery bags that they usually use. I felt ripped off, after paying the $2 plus for the delivery charge and tipping the driver on top of that charge. Needless to say, will not be ordering again

Placed an order on line for delivery. Estimated delivery time was an hour. At 1.5 hours, we called the store. Our pizza hadnt even left yet, and they told us it would be best if we just came and got it. Also, part of what we ordered online they dont even have in the store. Gave us a store credit (right, because we are totally coming back after this experience) and treated my husband like he was a liar when he complained that the website never credited his card back for the online purchase. Keep in mind, we were charged for items not in stock and for a delivery fee when we had to go pick it up. When we got the pizza home, it was ice cold and horrible. First time trying this location - and this will be the last time we try Pizza Hut.

This was by far the worst experience we have ever had! Not only was one pizza and a cookie dessert not ready for pick up after 45 minutes, but they forgot the cookie dessert we ordered. Cashier stated we didnt order a cookie dessert... but after reviewing the receipt, it was the first thing listed.. We asked for a refund and the "manager" to discuss the issue at hand. We were told a refund would be placed back on our card in 3-5 business days.. We stated that was fine and asked for a receipt of the return and the manager said she couldnt issue one... WTF! The manager then had to call her boss to be walked through how to open the register for a cash refund! The amount of ignorance was so overwhelming I felt like I was in the twilight zone.

After waiting for 35 min for 2 pizzas (we were the only people in the place), they only brought out 1 (and it wasnt even what we ordered). They stated that we could talk to the manager, yet no one came out to discuss the issue, and we never even saw the second pizza. We waisted 50 min of our time, my daughter left crying because they were yelling at us as we left (as if we were to blame for the issue), and we still hadnt eaten dinner. My family will never eat at this Pizza Hut again, and I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone that I come into contact with, that this is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been in (and we eat a lot of pizza)

I am disappointed on the service, I called to order a carry out. My house is a new construction, and it won’t appear in the system, but I gave them a reference address. I live in the same subdivision . They only had to get to the reference address that they do deliver, and turn left on the new street and they did not want to come. I called Papa Johns and they did not have an issue coming to my house. I gave them that reference address and they got here. I dont understand why the manager at this location refuse to send someone over. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING IF YOU ARE A NEW COSTRUCTIO HOME.

My experience here was very very good and very very wonderful. I have never eaten at a better pizza hut the Food, has great taste and pizza always look fresh and delicious. I can honestly say never have to complain about pizza hut. Always when Im in there my pizza are fresh ready to go and no wait the cashiers are always right with the time and I would love to give a shout out to them. And thank the management for being so good to me and always helping my family out. I will always he a returning customer

The male manager with salt n pepper hair is tue bomb!!!!! My family do not eat carbs, so no breads etc. We are on a special diet or way of eating called Ketogenic. I popped in today and asked if he would be willing to make me a keto or fathead pizza. He was very open to the idea! I coached him through and BAM i got pizza hut carb free pizza!!!! I def call that exceptional customer service! Thank you guys from Winder Ga hwy 29!!!
