AWFUL!!! A few acquaintances recommended this place so we finally gave it a try. First, we were seated at a table and requested we be moved b/c the table was still dirty from the last patrons. The food was bland and there was trash and food on the floor which our waiter continued to kick instead of picking it up. The lighting is also horrible! I was also blinded by the pendant light hanging at our table! The selection of sushi is by far the smallest Ive seen anywhere, and they only serve beer and wine (besides non-alcholic beverages). If anyone wants REAL, GOOD japanese, go to Ishiban at The Avenues! Weve never been disappointed there.

Great food and service, my wife and I are regulars and when you go enough the staff is like family, great place to get nigiri, maki or just sashimi. For anybody comparing this to Kani house, please dont, they arent even in the same league, last time i was there the chef prepared my roll as he wiped the sweat off his forehead and proceed to work on the roll with his sweaty hands, needless to say I wont stray from Rice ever again (and thats because UCMA is next door and my daughter was getting out of BJJ class).

One of the best Asian restaurants in Cumming, GA. For such a simple and humble name as "Rice," they have some of the best service I have ever experienced and get your food to you fast and fresh. There are some more authentic Asian dishes, but many of them have very sweet sauces (that arent really as traditional), so if you are not as interested in an overly sweet sauce, pick your dish carefully. Other than being too sweet at times, the food was exceptional!

My Wife and family have been going to RICE for the last 11 years. WE live in S. Florida but own a home here in Cumming, GA. This is OUR FAVORITE restaurant to go to every time we are up here. It is very busy on Fridays and Saturdays especially. All the locals know about RICE and what a fantastic restaurant it is. Dont listen to the "few" complainers. They probably complain everywhere they go. If there were 10 stars I would give it 10 stars!

sushi is my favorite food, so its sort of a hobby of mine to try every sushi place I come in contact with, im always looking for a good place. rice is by far the BEST sushi restaurant I have been to. by far! my mouth is watering just thinking about it! i have taken all of my friends and family members, even ones who say they "dont like sushi" and they come away in love with the food. you will not be disappointed!!!!

The place is smaller than I thought. The menu selection is diverse. The serving size per dish is extremely poor especially at the high prices. The food was better than average. The service is very good. Empty dishes were taken up quickly and cups filled immediately. Overall, I wouldnt eat here again. The sushi bagel roll was below average and they charge too much for the small amount of food they serve you.

Rice is as good as any sushi restaurant Ive visited. I worked for the Japanese for 5 years and am an avid sushi eater. Tuna Tar Tar is wonderful. The locals have found Rice. On Fridays and Saturday nights its packed. I was once worried if they could stay in business. However, theyve won the patrons over. Good Chinese as well is sushi isnt your thing. The Sea Bass is wonderful.

Rice is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and able to make suggestions when you want to try something new. We are global travelers and have had sushi everywhere (including Japan) and Rice is fantastic! Youll never be disappointed. If you arent sure what to try, tell your server what you like and they will match you with something youll love!

The restaurant was clean and the service was fine. The caliber of the sushi and sashimi was very disappointing. You pay uptown prices for extremely small rolls and salad portions. I wouldnt return simply because of the value. If you are going for hibachi then you should be satisfied.

The teriyaki steak was really good. The fried rice didnt have much flavor until you put soy sause on it. Our waitress was very very nice. The food was perfectly timed. Now some bad things were the floors felt sticky and table was a little sticky. That is it!

Horrible customer service. Found a hair in my friend rice and the manager was so rude to me and even tried to doubt me that there was a hair on the plate when it was clear. Not only was he rude, but also was going to make me pay for a salad as well.

Mind blowing!!! I have traveled and ate Sushi everywhere, but the creativity, taste and presentation is beyond the best that I have experienced. Very attentive service from Henry and also the entire staff was very welcoming.

You dont only one waitress, everybody helping each other with the tables ! Friendly staff, good variety menu, and tasteful sushi. Ps. Scare to eat sushi, try the Keith Bridge. If going to change your mine about sushi

Yummy, I love this place. Try the pika pika and Mongolian beef. If the mongolian beef is too sweet order the Mongolian chicken they are AMAZING
