The service was great, my server was friendly and attentive, but she did not check on us until we were done eating. I had the "Super Burrito", and was anything but. The plate and the burrito were mostly veggies, the "steak" was low quality and there was maybe a half of a cup of it. Do your self a favor and save the $12 they charge and go to Taco Bell. You will get more and there will be more food on your plate. Would have complained but what am I supposed to say? Hey you just ripped me off? For that much money I could have had a real super burrito at a Moes for Petes sake! First and last time I will go. With the amount of Mexican restaurants in this area, I dont need to eat a veggie burrito unless I order it.

Something has changed. First let me say this used to be my #1 go to for Mexican food. My last visit the table-side guacamole (not cheap) it came out with sour garlic in it. The waitress proceeded to tell me this is the way it is supposed to be. Really, I have had it a dozen times before. She brought out another one and it wasnt good either but what do I say at that point? The food came out with no seasoning and the steak was tough. The waitress needs to be retrained in customer service. An apology would have gone a long way but she never said sorry for that or offer any kind of kindness for their mistake. Needless to say I wont be back. I will spend my 60.00 elsewhere. Sad, very sad.

Not a fan of Laredos. I went yesterday for lunch,with a friend about 11;30 am. I was surprised we didnt get any chips and salsa. The waitress disappeared for several minutes, while not real busy yet. The food was ok, not what I expected. I ordered chicken fajitas. It was nothing like I have gotten at other restaurants. Furthermore, it didnt come with guac, sour creme and such for lunch. It was extra. We didnt complain, but it did affect her tip. About half an hour later, an explosion in the bathroom. :(.

The last word on the door is Grill so I honestly didnt expect to find the most salty boiled chicken Ive ever experienced, in any restaurant setting, in my burrito. I asked if this was normal, was told that it was. Now, Im somewhat picky on whats good chicken at Mexican places, but this honestly made me sad to pick at and push away. Ive got an all day wait for my transmission to get fixed and the waitress is friendly but Im so disappointed, Im going to walk through the grocery store.

First of all, I have never left a review for a restaurant before but all the small things added up too much this time. There was a hair in the chips and the order was not quite right both of which I understand can happen sometimes in the best places and I can forgive. What I cant is the old onions and lettuce. Also the worst is that Im pretty sure they refill the chalula bottles with valentino which is a really crappy way to save money.

Sorry guys, I try to visit local businesses as much as possible, however, you are not getting it done?!? Went in for lunch, ordered fish tacos to go, looked beautiful on the menu, got a few pieces of fish with a big burnt fish skin as a taco and nothing else, no sauce, no pico, just a burnt, crusty nastiness. Really Gross!!! Will try again, but not "ToGo"!

Dinner was served after waiting 45 minutes, and even then only half the table was served. My chilaquiles were inedible as was the"meat" in the taco which tasted as though it was more filler than meat. The chicken was decent, but that was all. I will not return and advise others to never eat here.

Good variety of Tex-Mex, but I usually stick with the same items. I love the premium queso dip, I have had it for a meal several times. I have always liked the fajitas. Their prices are a bit high but I enjoy going to this place and think most people will be happy with the experience.

I sent my kids to get change for a dollar and the host behind the register said they didnt have any. They gave a high chair with a broken strap and when I ask for another they brought me aanother broken chair. Unfortunately my husband paid $10 for our sodas after I walked out

Quality of the food was not very good. The waitress was rude to the point that our food was on the table before we ever got any chips and salsa at my request. Messed up on one of our two orders. Overall next time Ill wait for an hour in line at my go to Mexican resteraunt!

Not the best food but definitely not the worst. Chips and salsa are usually phenomenal and the service is usually the quickest Ive seen. Needs a better waiting area for the business but other than that, this is one of my favorite local Mexican restaurants

After we were done eating I went to the restroom and our waitress, Britney, was leaving the stall. She did not wash her hands!!! GROSS. Britney is not hard to miss. She is a red head, not all her lights are on, and hems her pants with safety pins.

Chili Colorado was weak at best, cheap cuts of steak in a flavorless red sauce, you could actually see the grease on the sauce, disgusting. Ive had plenty of average meals there, but this they should take off the menu, #betterfoodnextime

Food was ok very little for the money. When I walked in my nose clogged up and I couldnt breath. I looked up at the air vents and they looks like they havent been cleaned I. Years. Was very hard to eat when you cant breath

This is as Non-Hispanic as Spanish food gets. Absolutely no seasoning in their meats. The only thing you can flavor your food with is some sort of hot salsa.

The Guacamole Mexicano is awesome! if you like spicy food ask for the Extra spicy Chile Colorado!. Our waitress Melina is great!

Pachitos lunch is only 5.50 with a tip you can walk out for $7 thats as cheap as taco bell for much better food!
