We ordered 10 burrito bowls, some chips and drinks for my office and said wed pick up at 1. Got there at 1:10 and they hadnt even started making the order which was understandable considering how busy it was. Got our food around 1:45 and went back to the office. We found out that they had forgot one and when we tried to call them to ask if we can come get it they called us liars and refused. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. We paid over $140 and they thought we were trying to get one more for free. So ignorant. Worst service I have ever had at a chipotle. Will NEVER be coming here again and our office will never be ordering from chipotle. I am very dissapointed. Would give negative stars if possible.

When walking towards the door I could see only one customer eating facing the window who seemed annoyed by all the employees that were horsing around gathered in front of the counter, as soon as I opened the door they all ran back to there positions, after we ordered we went to look for a table and couldnt find a single clean one, some of them even had cheese all over, the benches were also dirty, trash under the tables (forks, used napkins, food) nasty sticky floors and utensil bins were empty (had to take the last two forks). We were happy that we had a brand new Chipotle closer to us, but unfortunately it was a bad experience. Not coming back to this one.

I have come to this location a couple times now and see that with the abundance of staff the food quality is very poor and the staff just seems to be there to get a check and not worry about quality customer service which is not what you see at most Chipotle restaurants. My black beans were under cooked, chicken was over cooked and cold, and the guy couldnt even manage to close either end of the burrito. Everybody looked like they were dragging because they were hungover or something. I will not be coming back to this location.

Customer service at this location is second to none and I feel like they deserve that acknowledgement as most Chipotles that I frequent isnt the same. You can tell this comes from their management teams involvement down to their employees. Not sure where the bad reviews come from as their food quality, cleanliness and service are always on point from my perspective. This coming from someone who frequents various Chipotles. They also manage their online service the best Ive experienced.

Awful experience. It took 34 minutes to get through the line. Clearly no one understands how an assembly line works. At the end of the day that falls on the manager or lack there of. I counted 9 employees working. Theres just no excuse. The employees were rude. They mumble with their head down so you cant understand them. When I told them the order was wrong they just stared at the counter as if I wasnt speaking. Safe to say I wont be going back.

Service is extremely slow. The food preparers were too busy flirting and talking to each other to assist me. The cashier was not there for a good 3 minutes. The cash register machine didnt seem to like my card and it took another 5 minutes to make sure my card went through. All in all my trip took about 10x longer than it should have. I didnt expect this from a new location in upscale duluth.

The cashier and the manager irritated me. Took the new employees forever to make the burritos (and then rewrap it) it was cold when I got it. The manager was standing there with a wad of cash in his hand not helping. The cashier was on his phone the entire time and I had to wait even longer for him to check my order out. As soon as I paid, the cashier turned right back around to play on his phone

Food was good. Staff was NOT! Young employee picked up food and was eating and talking to me with her mouth full while preparing my burrito. Then said "Its ok, we have to taste the food to make sure its good." This place is giving Chipotles a bad name. 4 Employees serving food and none of them greeted us?!?! This place wont last long. Management isnt hiring correctly.

The worst chipotle Ive been to. Portions sizes are really small and the workers are very slow. Only 5 people ahead of us and took over 20 minutes. Very small scoop of meat and when i asked for a little more he said it would cost extra. Then they couldnt even wrap the burrito correctly and everything was spilling out. Will not be returning to this location

EVERYTHING about the food was horrible! I offered a bowl and got little chicken, one tiny spoonful of salsa, and the server got MAD when I asked for more! There were bones in the chicken and unbroken pieces of pepper. I have went to many chipotles and this was the WORST ONE! I would not recommend this chipotle to anyone!!!

A terrible Chipotle location. Easy to see from the moment you walk in that the staff DGAF about the place. Nothing is clean, drink station isnt stocked, takes forever to get through the line even when it is not busy, chips are stale and the food is overall not good. By far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to.

I know they are new but they really need to improve. The food was way way too salty and the customer service very poor. The guys that work serving the food were fighting each other and it took forever to complete order. I ask one of the servers for something and he gave me an upset reply. Too much to improve.

I keep going to this new Chipotle thinking it will get better but every time I go in there something is amiss. Last week the rice was under cooked. Today they were waiting on the black beans so I only got a little in my bowl. I literally drove across the parking lot back to work and the food was cold.

Poor customer service and couldnt even make a cheese quesadilla right! Who doesnt cut a quesadilla???? When I complained about wrong order and not cutting quesadilla, I was handed a knife then talked about behind the counter amongst the employees. Completely unprofessional. Rude and poor service.

Terrible service. Ordering online is not recommended. They hadnt even started my order when I arrived, and then I had to wait 20 minutes. Ingredients were missing from one order. And no fruit for a kids meal. No effort by the staff to act like they cared. I will avoid this location going forward.

Reastaurant was clean & employees pleasant. I got tacos & the girl who was serving me, really over loaded my taco. When I started eating, my sour creamed had an oder. It smelt like sour cream just starting to go bad. I didnt say anything but I should have.

Poor Service. The staff was very slow. The steak was under cooked and cold and the beverage dispenser was out of ice. Also annoying was the fact that the music track was stuck, repeating the same 5 second loop over and over.
