Before a friend suggested going here, I was under the impression that it was really bad, greasy, cheap chinese food. As it turns out, its really good, only mildly greasy cheap chinese food. I stop in here once every few weeks or so. Its a well run establishment, and my only real complaint is that their selections tend to be limited from the full menu as far as an hour away from closing, which I can understand given the style of serving, but is still disappointing to show up and only have three to four entrees to choose from out of the normal 10+ That aside, its a nice place with good food, what more do ya nerds want?

I first went there when they were relatively new. Its not the good that was the problem. Everyone in line, including myself, had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for their good because the cooks wanted to take a break and prior to their "union break" decided to not cook any food and ate what was left of the stuff customers were ordering. So the person at the register had to make a lot of apologies and gave a lot of stuff away. Not a good first impression.

Stopped for a take out and couldnt have been more disappointed. My wife had chow mein and Pacific Shrip. She reluctantly ate the shrimp but couldnt handle the Chow Mein. The sweet peas were so hard she couldnt even bite into them. My chiken chow mein had chunks of poorly cooked onions that had the tecture of leather and some of the chicken was hard and brittle, while some was mushy. All in all, a very disappointing experience and we WILL NOT BE BACK.

I seriously love this place. I went through the drive thru, and first of all, how amazing is it to have Chinese food thru drive thru, but I misspoke and ordered a side of something instead of a bowl. I went in after I realized what I did expecting that I would have to pay for the bowl, and not only did they fix it right away, they refused to let me pay for it. They were so nice and the food was fresh and hot. Thank you and I will for sure be back!

It was my first time eating at Panda Express because it is new to the area. I wasnt sure how it worked or where to stand for someone to notice me, and the staff was no help with explaining where to start, only serving me once I walked away from the register the the other end of the counter. But the food was very good, nicely priced, and the restaurant was clean. Despite the average service I will try again.

The people were very friendly and gave me a veggie roll for waiting, even checking up on me during the meal. The manager (Im assuming, she was the only one with a headset) seemed very upset with her team and was impatient with them, correcting their mistakes rudely. Despite this the other team members smiled at me and gave great customer service. The food was good too!

2 visits and Im done. They are trained to load you up with the side (rice), as both times I ate here they started with the side and filled up the entire entre area of the container. I dont blame the employees, I blame the company for coming up with the policy.Id rather go down the road to get fresh food and a good value.

My girlfriend and I went in for dinner and I got broccoli beef; the broccoli and beef you could tell have been sitting for a while, and she got orange chicken. She could barley bite into the chicken it was hard as a rock. Not impressed. We both have gone in to get our side remade and now all of our other food is cold.

Every time I stop in the employees are super friendly, smiling, and happy. Today Julieth was the only person taking care of guests at lunch rush and she was quick and polite! My food was delicious, vegetables very fresh and crunchy :] Beijing beef is the bomb if you want to try something with a lot of flavor!

Server was rude with no smiles. Almost seemed like she was having a bad day or just didnt make us feel welcome. Rice was super crunchy and very bland compared to other Panda Express locations. Chicken was also dry and had lost most of the orange flavoring probably from sitting out too long.

Its hard to find a good Chinese restaurant and even though this is a chain restaurant the food was very good. The food was fresh and they give you a big serving for a small price. The workers were extremely nice. Very good experience and we will be returning.

Love the food but the business hours on weekdays open at 11 and the doors never are. Disappointed that my lunch break consistently is ruined because the business is never open on time. Poorly managed

Ordered the String Bean Chicken....got a whopping 3 little tiny pieces of chicken, a couple cut up green beans and a bowlfull of rice. Ripoff!! We order out daily...wont be from here again.

Always fast and friendly service. Theyll let you know if an entree has been sitting a while, and will offer to make fresh, even if theyre ready to close. Always a good option.

Employees dont seem to know what is going on, the quality of food is way better at the panda in Okemos. The Orange chicken is always hard and barely had any sauce on it.

Ate here on monday. Not too pricey and saw good food consistency. Very friendly staff and very clean kitchen. Only downside is Im craving PE again today!
