I would have loved to try it but I was put on hold for 10 minutes; when I called back voice mail picked up and said they werent available. We are heading to the hospital where my husbands mother is about to have a serious, long surgery and wanted to take a huge bag of sandwiches to munch on while we wait. It is unbelievable that they would forward their calls to voice mail at 1pm. I tried to call back several times and kept getting voice mail. Poor customer service at best. They just lost a lot of business.

I was in a hurry was picking someone up to go to the emergency room. They wanted firehouse subs so I placed a call in order for 2 sandwiches I went to pick it up and they werent buisy but they got my order wrong. I called them back. They couldnt help me. I left my name and number. Its been a week no phone call nothing.

Nastiest Subs I have ever had from this location with horrible customer service. I live in Conyers and I will literally drive to Covington or Stone crest before I go to this location. It never fails there subs just arent that great. Multiple ppl have said this.

My order was completely wrong. Subs that were supposed to have lettuce and tomato had cucumber and peppers instead. Subs that were supposed to have mayo and mustard had none. Toppings aside, the subs still were complete crap. Take your money elsewhere.

I love my Conyers Firehouse on Hwy 138. Always have the best personality and always pleasant. The manager Fred Washington always make you feel home and welcomed! Love it! Never had a bad experience!

The staff was great. I am greeted joyfully everytime I come. The food was great! The Cheddar Brisket and New York Steamer are my favs! I recomend Firehouse in Conyers over any other sub place anyday!
