The Waffle Houses are supposed to all be the same but the one thing that makes them different is the people that work at them. The waitresses at The Waffle House across from The Greene Shopping Center are some of the best! But what I like best is they remember you! I went back two weeks after my first visit and the waitress who had taken care of my order on my first visit smiled and greeted me as I walked in like I was a regular! But even the best service wont excuse bad food but thats not a problem here! The Chefs (and they are Chefs) are some of the best in the area! Even when it is crazy busy they can get meals cooked right and still find time to engage the customers!

My server, a big girl with black hair and glasses, was quite unfriendly. She would never say thank you for coming in or for the tip. When I said Thank you to her after she gave me my receipt back, she never said youre welcome. I had to remind her that courtesy is a part of her job. She seemed quite put-off that someone would actually call her out on her lack of courtesy and kindness. I will not be going back to this Waffle House.

Just got the best BLT ever! It was at the Greene Crossing location on Indian Ripple.Rd. Ive tried Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans...and others (they barely toast the bread anymore) but this BLT and hashbrowns were excellent! I called to compliment the chef and find out his name. Its "Eric". Not one of the better Waffle House restaurants. Friday 5pm service very lacking, food was missing 2 orders of bacon and an order of toast. 15 minutes to even take our order. Floor behind counter was a mess. -2 stars since my visit 1 year ago.

Had the worst experience at this waffle house. Everyone know Im a patient person. However, for me to walk in and sit at the bar top for 15 mins to get service Isnt bad until two customers walk in and get service right away and before you.

Trisha was a great server! The cooks are very nice and always friendly! I ended up getting a bee stuck in my hair and it wasnt a big deal but Trish took our check and took money off very nice of them to do! Good job on customer service!

The waffle House by the Greene on Indian Ripple is absolutely disgusting! Service was bare minimum and to top it off the two girls working were talking about their kids puking while everyone was eating! We will NEVER be back.

The most rude and disrespectful staff Ive ever had at a restaurant. Ive gone multiple times and left because the waitresses were nasty to me for absolutely no reason. I will never return to this location.
