We usually try to avoid this location, but gave it another try last night. Saturday night at 6:45, OSU games night, should have been a wait. Empty tables though, indicating were this location is headed. Took 30 minutes to get soggy Luke warm fried mushrooms and pickles. 50 minutes finally got cold wings, separated cheese with kids Mac and cheese, and a withered salad. Runners not a problem, the servers were obviously frustrated and lined up in the exposure area visible to the dinning room. When I complained the server was very apologetic, but said good luck getting the manager who was expediting to do anything. He wouldnt leave the window all evening to take care of the problems. Hour and a half in, 4 kids falling apart finally got a check and tried to get out. Manager was now out of his expo role and heard me tell the server not his fault and just pay me out and Id talk to someone another day who cared. This got Dans attention and he came over to take some items off the bill after wed already paid. He only offered a sorry its a rough night for us. Place was half empty!

My experience did not even compare to the dozens of other locations I have been to. Not sure whos fault it was between the kitchen or waiter, but they got my sauce wrong and put it on the side instead of on the wings. Moreover, the waiter was the most lack luster character I had ever seen; he just looked like he didnt want to be there and kind of rushed us to order.

Stopped in to get a to go order. The Assistant Manager, Neil, took our oder and invited us to sit in the bar area to wait on our order. When the food was ready he personally brought it to me and opened every box to confirm the orders were all correct. Excellent customer service with a smile. Thanks Neil for making our experience a great one.

We just had a fantastic experience at this location, and I have to say the General Manager was awesome! As someone who works in the customer service industry, he definitely made our experience wonderful. He joked with us from the time we walked in the door, to the time we left! Thank you!

I have been going to this location for years because they actually can get orders right and will often mix sauces if requested, unlike the one thats located on Stroop. I usually only order on my way home and pick it up but have not had any issues or major problems anytime Ive ordered here.

What has happened to my BWW??? We are often shorted on the wing orders and the salad should never be eaten. The salad was wilted and had a nice brown tone to it. The final straw was doing away with the half off wing nights......its time to move on.
