This KFC was very disappointing. My husband and I were craving fried chicken after seeing a commercial for their bucket meals. The chicken we received this evening in our bucket from the drive through was not appetizing. Got home, opened the bucket and there we are looking at these dark ,dried up and soaked in grease chicken. They looked like they had sat past their expiration period under the heat lamp. I went ahead and served up our plates out of sheer hunger but I couldnt stomach any more then a couple bites. And to make it worse..... the macaroni was watery and the gravy was gelatinous, clumpy and old tasting. Never again! Just hoping we dont get sick.

Bad visit. Will be going to Churchs or Popeyes next time. Manager doesnt seem like he knows what hes doing. Watched 3 families walk out. 1 lady waited 30 +minutes outside parked bc the were cooking her chicken and it was only going to be 10 minutes, well they forgot about her being "parked" I cant be mad at the cashier for not giving good customer service though bc for 7.35 an hour and a crappy manager,Id roll my eyes at every one that came in.

Had 6 orders, all wer done right away except for 1. I had to wait 30 min!!!!!!! For the last order, all the while the manager ( Renee) kept making comments towards her team members about how I should have placed 1 order, that I have to wait! And the tenders had to be cooked ! Waited over 30 mins while my other orders got cold!!!!! Need to have more ppl on staff!!!! Manager was rude!!!!

I no longer eat here after finding a chicken bone in my pot pie. But i go get food for other people and service sucks every time. The woman that took my order acted like she has the worst life ever and had a rude attitude. Waited 20 min for food. And even then the food was wrong. The guy that was working the drive through seemed like the only person who cared about doing his job.

Today my order was hot and fresh I have no complaint, but I must agree employees look unhappy and service suffers. Oftentimes the food is not really good. It is a quick lunch with/the $5#5. Thats one of the best deals in town when its good and fresh. I wonder sometimes, how old are those cookies.

Went through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes. Then when I got to the window, they were out of coleslaw, and thighs, and they wanted to substitute those for items that I didnt care for or like. Ill never go to this restaurant again.

The food at this location has gone down drastically it use to be good but now its hit or miss when u go. I rather just drive to Oakwood location because I know my food will be hot and made correctly.

Always clean, and the staff is always happy and willing to help. The orders that I have placed have never been messed up and their drive-thru is even speedy. Great quick stop for family dinner night

Food takes forever to get and no one ever greets you at the counter. You have to wait for someone to notice you and then take your order. Food is hit or miss if its good or old.

The Chicken has gotten smaller. It dont matter how much you remodeled the store if the quality of food dont get better your gonna loose a lot of customers to the Oakwood Store.
