Theres TVs at the booths which makes it a great spot for watching your favorite team play on Sunday! Just kidding. The personal TVs are muted and all you can hear are the terrible local games you left home to avoid playing on the big screens. The wings are soggy and overpriced and the service is bad. The waitresses seem to all hang out, eat, and chatter together on a few of the diners tables. I wonder if the food they get is bad too?...

The place is out of many of the liquors that are supposed to be in their "signature" drinks Customers are ordering them and receivin CHEAP WELL substitutes instead The bartenders aND waitresses, told me more than once, that the manager told them to just make the drink and to NOT tell the customer about not having what they are paying for. Horrible logic on this, and what a ripoff...

Food was trying to be more creative to follow new dining trends--failed. Waitress served Italian dressing instead of balsamic (obvious difference) and insisted we were wrong after asking for what was offered. I think everyone secretly wanted to stop at taco Bell afterwards.

Im not sure if it was a waitress or a manager, but the woman who brought us our food was very rude. They put the wrong stuff on my burger and I simply told her and she acted like it was my fault that it was wrong. Ruined my mood. And definitely not worth that much money.

Typical BW3s nothing jumped out at me to distinguish this franchise from any of their others. Be warned if you want to eat during typical dinner hours of 4-9 you might want to have a backup plan in place. The wait for a table here can be extremely long!

Food was cold and they werent busy at all. The manager wasnt even sure what he told me he would do for me with the ticket. My original bill was $71.00 and after reminding the Mtg. what he said, my bill was #38.00. Confused? Me too

Absolutely the best restaurant staff ever !!! They really know how to treat their customers !!! They should teach a class on how to treat customer, some other local restaurant could learn a few things from them.

Great service overall! BW3 Elkhart is much better than most other BW3s in Indiana. Food is well prepared, accurate and speedy. Unlike other locations, this BW3 is well accommodating if any problems should arise.

Our waitress was awesome! She didnt let our cups get empty. She was helpful when my son didnt like the type of wings he ordered, she paid attention to what he said and helped him get something he liked.

Slow service even with 2 customers in the restaurant. They do not honor corporate promotions. Food is similar in quality to other buffalo wild wings. This location is probably the worst in the area.

We had a wonderful waitress who took great care of us. I tried the spinach flat bread. It was the best! Ive enjoyed everything I have tried at B dubs. We love visiting D dubs. Thank you.
