My fiance and I were in Grand Rapids after visiting a friend. Were from the Detroit area, so we decided to stop here since its a familiar name. Horrible, horrible experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a counter with about 5 girls who were crowded around a tablet looking like they had no idea what they were doing or like they were absolutely miserable and didnt want to be there. We were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait for a party of two. We were fine with that since it initially looked super busy. When we sat down to wait, we noticed there were at least 6 normal sized tables that were clean and ready to be used, but for some reason we were still waiting. When we were finally seated, we were seated at a booth that easily sat SIX adults. They have NO idea how to prioritize their seating, which is why all the bad reviews have something to say about the horrible wait time. There was no reason for the two of us to be sat at a six person booth! Anyway, when the waitress greeted us, she was very friendly and attentive. We ordered our drinks and asked about one of the appetizers and she told us they were out of the GRILLED CHEESE pieces that go with it... How do you run out of grilled cheese? Well, that answers that, they definitely arent making them fresh. We asked if we could substitute that with more of one of the other things that came with that appetizer. She quickly went and asked about it and came back. No. They would not substitute and they wouldnt make the appetizer at all without the grilled cheese. So we ordered the mozzarella sticks instead. The prompt service ended there though. About 10 minutes later they were sloppily brought out by a woman who was not our waitress. We proceeded to sit there for roughly 25 more minutes before our waitress came back to ask if we were ready to order our meals. At that point we told her no and that we would just like our check. Worst service Ive had in a long time. We will not be returning next time were in Grand Rapids. This location needs some serious help. Ive never had a problem like this back home.

Spiciest buffalo wings ever, hands down. The service is actually pretty good if you hit them during low traffic, and the last two times I was there the waitresses were quick with the refills, though I suspect thats because I got my boneless wings so hot. XD The atmosphere works well for the type of establishment it is, though I dont usually care for the Sports Bar atmosphere and I feel Frankie Vs pulls it off better. The foods also a little expensive in my opinion, however they do have discounts on their wings on certain days of the week, so if you want great buffalo wings theres really no better place (TGI Fridays is good but the wings arent quite as hot, and no other place even comes close). The lemonades are also pretty good, and most of their other dishes are tasty as well, but I usually go JUST for the boneless wings spun in the nuclear-waste-hot Wild sauce (too afraid to try the one notch hotter Blazin sauce!). The staff is pretty accomodating and nice, and once I dropped a hot wing and my server offered to make me a fresh one! Now thats service! Nothing else that really impresses me or turns me off of the place, but for wings it simply cant be beat.

This is the worse Buffalo Wild Wings Ive ever been to, and thats my feeling every time Ive ever been there. We went there tonight and waited 45 minutes to be seated while at least 8 tables were open at all times. Once we finally were seated and ordered our food it took 40 minutes to get our food and when it arrived half of it was luke warm and the other half was not fully cooked...who doesnt love raw chicken? We asked for a manager and when we talked to him about the poor experience his response was "well we are busy"...no kidding bud, so is every other restaurant on a Saturday night, but there is no reason chicken wings should take 40 minutes EVER. Well done steaks dont take 40 minutes...he never offered to replace the raw wings, yes he comped food items on the bill, but he never actually took care of the problem. We wont be back. No more chances from this B-Dubs from us...

Showed up at 9pm, and was told it would be an hour wait. The manager lady walked up and asked if we wanted a beer which we greatly appreciated. We continued waiting TWO AND A HALF HOURS. We were so tired and hungry we got out food to-go at 1130. No one apologized for our extensive wait time over what we were quoted (1hr). There were no appetizers handed out, no acknowledgment. People go to a restaurant because they are hungry. They dont go to a restaurant to plan on eating after waiting 3 hours. Personally I believe the customer service started out great but quickly deminished into nonexistent. Even after 2 and a half hrs we ordered our food to go and informed the hostess that we had waited almost 3 times the time they said she simply stared at us...no apology, nothing. So screw you bdubs, we will not be back to this location.

This is literally the third time Ive received wings with no sauce on them. As I remembered my previous experiences, I checked my order (I ordered to go) only to discover yet again no sauce. I politely came back in to tell the hostess I was not satisfied with my order because there was no sauce on the wings. She rolled her eyes at me and went back to the kitchen. She returned 10 minutes later with wings that were completely drenched in sauce, not the good kind of drenched, I mean all over the bag, all over the boxes, the wings in the boxes were in an inch of sauce, it was everywhere. There is a serious attitude problem at this location. This is THE worst customer service and food quality I have ever received.

Very unsatisfied with the service I have recieved today and the past few times I have ordered take out. I asked for carrots,celery and ranch for my order of 24 boneless wings. I asked for them because I was willing to pay extra. When I got my order there were 3 pieces of celery, 3 carrots and 1 ranch. When I asked if I could have more I was told I would have to pay extra; which I already knew. But the girl was so irritated I didnt want to bother her anymore. There was also pretty much no sauce on my wings. They were extremely dry and just looked like little pieces of fried chicken. I wont be going here anymore. Every time i go they are rude and the service is less than exemplary.

5 adults 4 children seated at 6:40 pm, 11/6/13 for birthday dinner, we arrived at 6:15. Drinks & take out order delivered within 5 minutes. Balloon animals made for kids right away. Waitress disappeared for 35 to 40 minutes. Requested and received kids drink refills from helpful young lady at check in Requested to see manager. Waitress appeared for drink refills?????? Food arrived at 7:35 pm, waitress apologized and said the kitchen was really slow and there were new cooks thats why it took 38 minutes (It took longer) Manager came to table to ask how everything was, did not have any idea she was the manager. Food was good but the service and waiting time left much to be desired.
