Service was poor, with staff laughing & messing around in the bk & not available for service. Food was passable, but just warm--not hot--as it sat under the lites (we watched it from our table) while our server visited with other staff! The one good thing is the atmosphere, if you like the old joint/ truck-stop feeling type of place with the naugahyde booths & the mini-jukebox at the end of your table (who else still has those?!?!). So, except for a retro flashbk, theres not much to recommend at Waffle House! :(

Eggs scorched....Hash browns did not have the onions that I ordered....Wait staff undisciplined....Employees talk and laugh excessively....No refills until requested....Store needs supervision....I was a frequent customer....After today, I am a former customer....

Very nice remodel job but the service was bad. Called in an order, picked it up, was missing a waffle order and was over charged $11.00, they wouldnt even give me an itemized reciept when i asked for it. Tried to call and got a busy signal. Very dissapointed

Best coffee ever! If it is a good cook the food can be amazing but some of the cooks are awful. Service is a huge hit or miss but when everyone is on top of things it can be a great place to eat.
