EDIT: I originally gave a 2-star review here but they made a good attempt to fix things, so Im changing it to 4 stars. (Original review is below.) This store has issues. Just an all around sketchy feel to it. There was trash in the parking lot and trash on the floor in the restaurant. There was a menu on the floor near our table (by the salad bar) and the waitress didnt pick it up until her third pass by. Service was not rude but not terribly attentive, either. Though eating in, I had asked for our pizzas to be brought to the table in boxes so we could take them out afterwards without having to wait. They were not. My daughters soda was never refilled and she had to get up and go to the counter to ask for a refill. Its not like the place was full, either- we were one of only two or three occupied tables there. They have a little kiddie corner there with chalkboards on the wall. Twice my daughter has gone there to find obscene graffiti left on the chalkboards. Another time my wife heard someone swearing in the kitchen so loudly that they could be heard throughout the restaurant. Furthermore, my Meat Lovers pizza was so stingy with the toppings that there was about 2" of naked crust around the outer edge on all sides. It looked like they had put a Medium pizzas worth of toppings on the Large crust. If we didnt like Pizza Hut pizza, we probably wouldnt come back to this place. Might have to start going to one of the other stores in town. This store also used to have a somewhat low health department sanitation grade but it does look like they have managed to pull that back up to a low "A". Ill be charitable and give two stars instead of just one, since the pizza is tasty. But this store needs a lot of improvement.

Sorry, this was bad, dont like leaving unhappy reviews but here goes. Asked the waitress for our pizza "lightly cooked" and was greeted by a blank stare. Explained that we liked the thin crust, just wanted it pulled early so it wasnt crackly and dry. Was informed that they are cooked a certain amount of minutes. Replied that this something that is done on a regular basis in other establishments. Received the pizza, crispy and dry. So dry that the salami slices had curled, and crumbled to the touch. Had to go to the front and request our own silverware. Informed the waitress that we would take the pizza as we were traveling, but it was in no way "lightly cooked". Told her that every single place we have been in the staff is very compliant to this request. Waitress offered my husband a refill on his tea, I was not offered a refill. No "to go" box was offered. Dont bother with this place.

Iv gone In There three time and there pizza and salad bar was bare!! There were only to pizza trays there with about 2-3 slices and they where cold. When asking about getting more pizza out, they said about ten minutes, which ended up being about 15-20. The second time I went the place was busy, lunch time. The tables were dirty and staff was not friendly at all. And there was no pizza out, another customer told me they have been waiting 20 mins for pizza. That was the last time Ill ever eat there! I went next door to Wendys and saved some money!!

Sucks. My online order was not what they gave me. Ordered a supreme which comes with green bell peppers and when I asked why is this not a supreme they said they were out of bell peppers. Ordered boneless wings which were 5.99 on there menu with the "package" I ordered and they amazingly werent on my order and then I had to pay 8 bucks for them. The manager, Stephani, didnt offer me any assistance whatsoever. This place sucks and thats why it took me over a year to go back and I will never go again!!!

I worked for this company for approximately 3-4 yrs. I started as a delivery driver, working my way up to Sales Captain (Savannah District). During my time spent as an employee, there were several issues, however the corporation continued to steadily fix the issues. This is the Pizza Hut I recommend in the Brunswick, GA area. Good job Andrew Harper & Christopher Smith, etc.

The worst pizza hut ever! The driver calls me,and the guy who took my order gave him the wrong address he said he would go and get me a fresh one, then 2hours after I placed the order they call me and say iam not in there area, will never order there again custerm service sucks!!!! GET YALLS SH#! TOGETHER!!!!!!

Great pizza and salad bar for lunch buffet. Got a little overwhelmed with one waitress, one cook and one washer and about 20 ppl walked in at the same time. Pizza was slow coming out. The waitress, Jessica, was amazing, she is the reason for the 4th star instead of 3 that was going to give.

Pizza hut has some good deals going on for a family on a budget. An you can carry-out an make a salad or veggies an you will have a complete meal. They also sell dessert pizzas .They do have a small lunch buffet with salads an pizza an pasta an sauces an bread sticks.

They need to upgrade the inside and hire clean people with hospitality. The buffet sucks ads and the people are not polite. The toys are dirty and old and the kids play room is terrible. The pizza is great like always, but the store is just trashy and dirty.

Waited for over an hour for our order, had to ask the employees multiple times about it and every time they gave us a different excuse, along the lines of were just waiting for this one thing. After we finally get our food, the order was incorrect.

we tried the new medium pizza one topping with cinnamon sticks and bread sticks, the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were hard and cold the edge if the cinnamon sticks were black! the pizza was the only thing we could eat....
