A 50% off all menu priced pizzas email went out, it was on TV, and it was on the website. The email specifically listed this store as participating. I noticed that it discounted only one pizza so I contacted the store for clarification. I instead got the call center which the woman said she also had the email and agreed that something was wrong. She tried to connect me to the store, but could not. I called the number and this time got the store. The girl tried to help only by offering an in store promotion, but the difference was still a few dollars (I felt petty at this point). She quickly said hold on and her manager, Steve, answered the phone. He stated he would not honor the deal, that he was not responsible for the website or corporate promotions, and that his store was probably not participating in the deal (which was a lie since I got the email with their address on it!). I am filing with the BBB.

Such a disappointment tonight. We opened our takeout when we got home. The bread sticks werent crunchy, and the butter topping was coagulated. They werent cut, and they were cold. The pizza toppings were very inconsistent. One piece had no toppings on it, and five toppings were ordered. I called to let them know, but I was not about to drive back out. Just disappointing :(

I only eat here as a last resort usually because theyre close and deliver quickly. The delivery guys are nice but whoever answers the phone and makes the pizza is terrible. 4 out of 6 orders have been wrong and they get mad at YOU because they cant make a simple pizza. I will NOT return.

Phoned in an order, was told they no longer were offering the $10 special. Next day called the Macedonia location, and learned it was still in effect. Customer service is horrendous there, and they lie to customers.

TERRIBLE. I ordered a supreme pizza and there was about 5 vegetables total on the pizza. Pizza was late for delivery, cold and awful, will never order from here again...lost a customer for life.

Order didnt come till 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to come and when I called to check where it was the was no anwser. Unacceptable.
