I was tired when I ordered to go, but I thought the ribs came with a side of BBQ sauce. Maybe I just forgot to ask for it? But who goes to a BBQ spot, orders ribs and does not want BBQ on their ribs? Maybe its just me. Its in my hood so its quick and easy when I want food and go home. Its BBQ (minus BBQ sauce sometimes). Can you tell I am upset I didnt get my sauce? My advice is check your order before you leave or request the stuff. Overall its okay. The ribs were eh without the sauce so maybe not having it clued me in to the real deal. I had some collard greens and green beans with it and they really were not the most flavorful bunch of veggies. I have tried the pull pork and that was better. The location is casual and you order at the counter to stay or go. They have a beer fridge and some video games for the kids. Its okay for something quick and youre in the neighborhood.

Had only been here a couple of times before and now my most recent visit will confirm that I will not go back to this place. First, the place is filthy - it was hard to find a clean table because none of them had been wiped down by employees. The bathrooms were disgusting; I dont think they had been checked all day and trash was overflowing from the trashcan. Second, we did not get bread with our meal as our "plates" indicated. Third, the food was lukewarm but we were in a rush and didnt have the time to get it reheated. There are plenty of other good BBQ restaurants in Atlanta where I will choose to spend my money.

Dine in experience was great with my co-workers food was good, However I ordered take out twice. One time my ribs has sauce on it, falling off the bone good, and they also sent three different kinds of sauce which all was good.!!! The 2nd time I ordered take out. those ribs were so dry, hard and inside meat red, As if it was cooked to fast.no sauce and only one sauce on the side. for the price it was a waste of money for the price $16:00 for Med, however the greens are spicey and the baked beans were good. So I was a veggi that day :)

There is a unique vibe when you walk into the establishment, with a hint of being at home. The menu, is easy to read to be able to order your food. On top of that, they have B.Y.O.B policy. Now on to the food itself, the BBQ food is cooked using propane an not charcoal; which is preferred over propane, in my book. The BBQ food is not dry rub, you must add their BBQ sauce or your own sauce. The bake beans was on point, there is no meat in them. Last but not least, the Mac n cheese it was alright nothing big to write home about.

Mediocrity is the term that comes to mind. Dont get me wrong, its good BBQ, but there is something missing. The staff is nice, theres plenty of parking, and the food is consistent, but I cant put my finger on what I dislike. Restrooms are suspect and they close kind of early. Considering there is 3 other places within 4 miles to go for BBQ, I think they need to switch it up and find their identity again. Just my opinion. Its worth it, but I dont think its going to change your life.

Customer service over the phone was pleasant and we got our food reasonably quick however the ribs were dry, the lemon pepper wings were over cooked, and they had little to no seasoning. This was a $25 meal gone down the drain. Completely worthless. Never again.

Besides my own BBQ joint, SMÔKONEBARBECUE in East Atlanta Village @ 477 Flat Shoals Ave, inside of We Suki Suki (Saturdays from 5p - 10p).... This is my go to spot for some great pulled pork. Love their sauces. I hear their ribs are great. Gotta try some day.

One of the deliver drivers was very unprofessional and made a bad name for Pig n Chik on Roswell Rd. He almost caused an accident with someone being in a hurry. Road rage is very dangerous! He even flicked the person off! Rude!

Never had a bad bite of food there. Very casual. They are friendly and have the best pulled pork and brunswick stew. In agreement with AJC food critic - best in Atl and Ga. In fact, havent found anywhere as good.

Its not the largest spot in the world but with all the BBQ spots out they have a lot of work. They do have a rib night though and the Brunswick stew is not bad. Wish they had some sweet potato pie.

Very good SLICED bbq brisket,( not shredded beyond recognition like every other bbq place in Georgia) Also have the national beer of Texas on hand. True Texans will be pleased!

GET THE BRUNSWICK STEW!!! I love everything they serve but the meal isnt complete without that stew. It is worth the trip for that alone. Smoked wings are fantastic too.

Great spot. Affordable, friendly staff, excellent barbeque and sides. Love the beef brisket. It is a barbeque place, so you shouldnt expect a fancy atmosphere.
