I have ordered here now 4 times... first time was great, pizza was hot. Thats fine and dandy but yet when we have ordered these past few times, we have had nothing but problems. I just ordered from you all again... and my 3 pizzas were cold, and my dunkers were COLD..... I dont have a problem ordering from somewhere else, but you all are so close that its not even right or fair to a child who when I ordered the pizza at 5:10pm and it first initially arrived at 6:45 that is not fair to a child who is hungry and we depended on the food being here. (an estimated time of arrival of 5:45pm, why is it that we had to call and then get the fact that the driver doesnt know where they are going? As stated above, I called back... we now have 3 more pizzas and we have just made the order again.... yet, they think that we should return the pizzas for the money back.... i dont see this being fair for the fact that it was and still has been THEIR mistake!!!! I am not happy with this location at all.

Horrible!!!!!!!! my total was $50 and like .25 cents so I left the delivery driver a $10 tip and told her to keep the change she comes back 2 minutes later knocking on my door saying the total was $70 I showed her my receipt on my email and online and she said it was incorrect that she was going to call her manager she "called him" and I asked to speak to him and she refused and plus they didnt even give me my receipt. All I ordered was 2 pizzas and some wings and it was a deal. No way it couldve been $70.. So whatever I gave her the $20 Im guessing she needed it more then I did. Dont let them fool you guys like that.

This place is horrible. I have tried to order the dinner box twice and they have been out of them each time. Another time I had to pick up the order because they didnt have a driver and when I did go pick up the order....the lobby was locked and I had to go to the sketchy looking side door to pick up my order. I will never go back to this pizza hut. Its poorly run and the employees arent very anxious to provide customer service. I wish it would close so a different resturaunt could open up there. I have lived in GEorgia now for 15 years and I have been going to pizza hut religiously without ever having a bad customer experience. That is now over now that I have had it 3 consecutive times at this poorly owned or managed pizza hut. From bad tasting pizza to wrong orders to waiting in line for 30 mins while I watch the staff answer phones And ignore internal patrons, now Im forced to buy little Caesars, the pizza I grew up on on Detroit. This place is the worst, no stars.

Well I have to say Ive been very tolerant of the service provided by 11181 Tara Blvds Pizza Hut. Maybe I was hoping the delivery time and cold food would get better. However I have to say that it hasnt and Im sadden by that. Todays order came late, as usual, and cold with a new twist this time though. Usually its neat in its container but this order looked like it had been tossed around, kicked or maybe even used to play soccer. Pizza Hut you have loss my business.

The people who complain about the store running out of product, are probably ordering just before closing time. And after talking to the drivers @ this store, I am not surprised that it is hard to get good service here. When more than half of the customers fail to tip even a single dollar...I wouldnt care about service for very long either. There is always another side to every story.

I am so pissed off right now. I ordered my pizza around 7:45 didnt grt it until 9:30 it was old as hell and when i called to get a new order no one came to the phone. Im so mad right now. Selling old as food and then not answering the phones at all. Yall need better management and better cooks. Dont send out more then one car at a time because the last customer is going to be pissed.

The last 4 times we ordered from here they got our orders wrong in some way and the delivery time has been 30 minutes- 2 hours past the deadline. Weve had enough of it today though. The pizza was cut poorly and there was a curly blonde hair INSIDE the pizza. Im not too fond of Papa Johns but it seems like its going to be our only delivery option from now on.

I placed a order and after 90 minutes of waiting i called to check on the status. They advised me that they put their store address to my delivery address and that it would take me an additional 3 hours in order for my pizza to be delivered. I would give them -5 stars if i could. Will never eat pizza hut again.

Pizza was wrong and they supposedly gave me a credit. Call to get the credit and some extra food for my order and the lady told me my credit could not be found and I could only order for carryout. She seemed to be having a bad day because she was pretty rude over the phone. Wish I would have gotten her name

First off my order took 1hr and 30mins to get here. Then the dilivery guy didnt have change for a $20 or even a $10 bill. He ended up giving me back only $5 because thats all he had. Worst experience ever I feel bamboozled. He got a $10 tip for a purchase of $20 smh.

Pizza is delicious but the employees here are lazy and act like they dont care to serve you. They also stopped their $5 deals on pizza, which they need to start doing again. Hardly ever have parmesan cheese and do NOT like to give it to you if they do.

I along with another woman were told our orders werent ready yet and waited almost 15 minutes. Well our orders were ready and were sitting in the warmer the whole time. Had the guy bothered to even look he would have seen that.

Ordered over the phone for carry-out, Mike (the person who took my order) was very pleasant and friendly. Had the pizza ready right when I got there. Was very delicious and fresh. Well be going back more often! Very satisfied.

Food was cold and undercooked my hot wings were still bleeding. Noncaring attitudes. Where is Bernard? Bernard got the job done right the first time i guess i will stay away from this pizza hut. Please get it together.

Horrible manager couldnt help me told me call back and talk to another manager at a later time. I dont have time to play phone tag my pizza was tainted the suasage where disgusting on my meat lovers pizza. Handle it

Waited on hold for 15 min. Then they told us that this location does not have the 10 dollar deal thats all over tv. Why would u advertise a deal and not offer it. Will never order from this pizza hut again.

I Ordered pizza from a Riverdale Pizza Hut and once the pizza was delivered the driver asked for no less then a five dollar tip, that was ridiculous to me. I never ordered again from there.
