Discovered this restaurant years ago in downtown Disney in Orlando. This location popped up in Atlanta, which was exciting news but the reality of this location is completely underwhelming. There is practically zero seating, a bar for maybe 4 individuals and maybe 3 tables, I guess they want you to use the mall seating in the courtyard and not stick around in the store. The worst infraction is this location is a franchise and does not take Earl of Sandwich giftcards. The employees said it as if that makes sense and should clue everyone in. Regardless of being a franchise or chain store. You should take your companies gift cards or dont offer them. Its really absurd , inconvenient, and a poor business decision. 50$ wasted and there were no options to redeem any other way, and the manager didnt care. She just shrugged her shoulders and repeated were a franchise. Thank for your complete lack of help.

The food I had from here was actually pretty great! It was incorrectly labeled as ham and cheese, but was actually turkey. That was a welcomed mistake as I ordered turkey. However, I must say that there is an art to replying to complaints the proper way. Im not really impressed with the way the manager is handling these responses. Even when wrong it seems theyre saying "sorry, but its not our fault its yours...." or simply being doubtful of the responsibility all together. Maybe hire a PR person for the social posts and responses or dont reply at all, because several of the responses sound very immature!

Small neighborhood sandwich spot. Great service and some of the best sandwiches Ive had. Reasonably priced, as well! Give them a shot when youre in town!

Terrible service. Rude manager. Mediocre sandwich. Take the escalator up and go to Rocks or Moes, even Subway for a better expierence and food.
