Normally I am very happy with this location. However today I went to pick up lunch and was shocked by what I observed. First of all the music behind the counter was quite obscene and loud! The lady said it was her coworkers music he started before he left for a break...which she didnt know why she was left alone. Meanwhile she had 4 people in line, managing the making of sandwiches and checking out. The person in front of me reported the fountain drinks were spraying everywhere, to which she replied that would be the other guys job, the one who left her. She then said he walks down to the vape shop and will be gone 2-3 times longer than a break is supposed to be. Currently he had been gone 45 min-- at lunchtime!!! I got great service from her, but was disgusted by all other aspects of my service. I looked in the vape shop as I walked by---saw him leaning back in a chair with his feet up!

Ive been to this location several times over the last couple of months and each time its been the same meh experence. Every time has been absurdly slow even when Im the only person in line and people behind the counter seem more interested in gossiping about their manager than moving customers through.
