Placed an order for pickup earlier today, when I went in it was chaotic and I was handed a bag the items, it was a bit of a mess with the cookie smeared over the plastic bag. But things happen so I let it go and got home to find out one item was missing. I called the store right away mentioning it and they confirmed that the missing item was on the kitchen table and I could either choose a refund or walk in later that day when they would create the sandwich again. I went back around 7:35 pm knowing the store closes at 8:00 pm on a sunday and speak to a kind older gentleman employee who remembered the call. But before he could do anything a spectacled older woman came stopped him claiming they had no clue I ever placed such an order. The older gentleman offered to make the sandwich but the lady stopped him. I had enough and asked them to just give me a refund, the lady was still adamant about the legitimacy of my order, despite the fact I have an online receipt. When I mentioned that they could either refund the money or make a new sandwich, she tells me you are aware we close at 8 pm, right? in a tone that showed me that she did not want to put in the work since it was so close to closing time, which it wasnt. The store was empty when I got there. This has not been the first unpleasant encounter with this employee, Ive been here a few times so far... and on one other instance she has been rude and condescending. I was relying on this store for easy meal options coming back from my surgery which has limited my ability to cook. I am done with this location of which wich, which is a pity because it is right across the street. The food is ok, the Service is not.

The food is delicious, at the Pesto Chicken Sandwich is designed was, but the real reason Im writing a review is because of Cassandra. Her service was excellent and Id like to make sure she gets recognized. She helped me navigate the store layout and assisted me from start to finish with filling out the bag. And then! She hooked my sandwich all the way. She was really friendly, warm and helpful.

I tried this place for the first time last week and Ive been wanting to go back ever since. You get a huge sandwich (I ordered the tuna), customized exactly the way you want it and its actually really fun. You use a magic marker to select all of your toppings and condiments on a piece of paper so you can really create something unique. It was a great sandwich and I will be back.

Ordered 7 sandwiches for my company, sandwich came with 2 dry bread and turkey and nothing else! Call back and complained and the girl on the phone said there is nothing she can do. Everyone toss their lunch because it was so dry and we will never order from this place again. Too bad because we always makes big orders!

Was not greeted when I arrived, I placed an online order at 12:45 for 1:00 and had to wait until almost 1:30 while customers that arrived there and placed orders there after I arrive received there orders before me. Not happy with the wait time and customer service.

Sub-par portions here, the worst Ive ever seen at a Which Wich. I always remain hungry after basically getting a bunch of bread with hardly anything in between. Today was the last time I hoped next time would be better. Ridiculous, considering the price points

Customer service was great. THEN A ROACH CRAWLED OUT MY SALAD. Now Im going back to work, without eating and completely disgusted!!!!!!!!! This was a veryyyyy horrifying experience and I will not go to ANY which which, ever again.

Fresh ingredients, good value, a short walk from Costco and Marshall; I had the turkey Reuben on whole wheat and it was excellent. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. Recommended for quality fast food.

The sub sandwich has been upgraded - this place is like subway but you can select your sandwich choices on the bag and hand it off to the cook. The ingredients are great and the sandwiches are hot and well made.

Chain sandwich place with wide selection of sandwich options. Regardless of the deli meat all subs are priced the same. Quality of sandwichs at this place are hit and miss compared to other locations.
