Im dissatisfied with the customer service I received. My sister ordered a sandwich and discovered a fly on one of her pickles. She called the store and ask what could she do, Judy or whomever, claimed she has to wait till the following day for a remake or refund of her purchase. We went to the store and ask could her sandwich be remade. Once approaching Judy turned her back as to not wanting to assist us and demanded we wait till the next day. She was very rude on handling the situation. We returned the WHOLE sandwich and receipt and simply asked could it be remade. And as for as food safety, the containers were not covered as precaution of possibly being contaminated with anything. This is simply unacceptable.
