Weve been ordering from Jaz for about two years and they have always been our go-to restaurant for Chinese, but after tonight we will never order from them again. We ordered the family deal for delivery, and they said it would take about an hour, which was fine. They get busy, and it usually takes about an hour for delivery anyway. After we had waited an hour and a half, I called and the girl said the driver was on his way. No problem. Thirty more minutes go by, still no food. I call back, and again the girl says the driver is on his way. I told her thats what she said thirty minutes ago, and she just laughs and hangs up on me. This was totally unacceptable. My roommate called to cancel the order, and they refused to cancel it or to refund his money. When he asked for a manager, they hung up on him. The food finally came after two hours and we refused it, sending it back to the restaurant with the driver. When we called a third time demanding a manager and a refund, they told us to take it up with our bank, and hung up on us a third time. We are disputing the charge with our bank and filing a complaint with the BBB. This is absolutely no way to treat your customers. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants in the area who would appreciate your business more than these people.

There is so much wrong with this restaurant I dont even know where to begin. The chicken is of questionable quality, if you order something spicy it will NOT be spicy whatsoever, anything with a breading will be all breading and no meat, and on one occasion a long piece of braided rope was found in our food! Unfortunately, since there are no other decent Chinese restaurants near my office, my coworkers and I had continued to order from there... until today. Today was the second day in the past week that a side item was delivered incorrectly, and instead of correcting the error, the employee who answered the phone told me that I had ordered the wrong thing and he was not at fault, and therefore would not bring us the correct item. We are literally a few blocks away and theres no way that that "french fry" sounds anything at all like "lo mein," but instead of doing the right thing, I was told that it would be perfectly OK if we never order from there again. Its a shame their spring rolls are so good, because we will definitely never eat there again.

Worst Chinese experience Ive ever had. Ordered fried rice and Shrimp with lobster sauce. They delivered white rice and shrimp that they never took the shells off of. Call them and told them they need to send us new food since Im not eating something with shells on it (its supposed to come with no shells) and she argued and said I would have to drive over to the restaurant and show them the shrimp with shells to show their chef! Ridiculous when I had it delivered in the first place. The lady was not interested in giving us good service and said the only thing they could do was give us a side item which is like 2 bucks for free. Wouldnt even replace our meal or willing to make things right. (Weve ordered plenty of times with them before)The owner cant even speak English. Not a good company and not willing to make things right with customers is just sickening. Dont go to this place they will just rip you off and laugh while doing it.

I go to this place all the time. I usually eat there and get waited on a sweet little lady there. But my last orders have been for pick up and their customer service on the phone is so poorly that Ive decided to not eat there anymore. I ordered from the lunch special and usually get white rice AND fried rice with my entree. The guy on the other side was confusion and asked me if "i had their menu and knew what they served". I told him, "yes i do. I order this all the time." so he got frustrated with me, didnt repeat the order to me, and aaid "okay 30 minutes. Bye". I had to call back to make sure that he understood me and he yelled at me, "YES I DO. THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS WAITING." "okay! But youre being rude! "" IM NOT BEING RUDE. I UNDERSTOOD. GOODBYE" Seriously, bring back the older, sweet lady, because this guy HATES his job.

This is my favorite Chinese Place in Milton/Alpharetta. The food is great and the service is excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant!! I called 5 minuted before closing and they had already closed the credit/debit machine out...since they had it on file and I was a regular customer....they told me not to worry and they would run in through the next day. The driver was here in 15-20 minutes and delivered on his way home!! That is excellent service....I wont order from anywhere else! The food is always delivered hot!!! I love Jaz!!!

DO NOT GO to Jaz Chinese restaurant off McFarland and Hwy 9 you might want to rethink ordering or going there! I have never encountered more ignorant people! Here is the short story.. They offer a family meal that comes with 2 entrees with and 4 sides.. We wanted Lo mien instead of the rice, the reply to that is no you can only have rice.. I offered to give them the difference (50 cents) plus more. Still no.. Seriously what the heck is the problem??

I have been a customer for many years now, but Ive become increasingly annoyed at the bad service. After ordering just now, I tried to ask when it would be ready and the woman on the phone replied, "were very busy" and basically hung up, so now Im wondering when my food will be ready. The food is consistently good, so thats why I keep returning. Its great to be busy, but potentially losing regular customers isnt a formula for success.

We tried every single Chinese near our home in Shiloh Farms. This is the best one we have ever ordered from and you get to order online! My husband orders sweet and sour chicken and is very picky that it be crispy but not greasy. They get it right every time. I experiment and order something different every time and have not been disappointed yet.

Food was very good!! Cheap price with quality food! The family deal is really a great deal which comes with two entrees and four sides. The appetizers and lo mein here are the bomb! Family own business which food might come out a bit slow but owner is super friendly and cares about the customers. Definitely come back!

Ordered a meal from there last night at around six oclock. That was the only thing I ate yesterday evening. 5.30 this morning, I awoke to extreme nausea, intense stomach cramps and a protracted bathroom visit. I felt very, very ill. Needless to say, I wont be returning.

The driver could not find my business, was really rude to me, and refused to deliver my food since I couldnt come meet him. Im the only person working in my store, and I cant leave it unsupervised to meet him. Dont waste your time. Just order somewhere else.

Horrible food rice is plain and the chicken has no flavor I do not recommend coming here...I returned my food and they didn't ask what was the problem or offer anything else and didn't take it off the bill and service is horrible and very rude!
