So, lets start with the good. Easy location, clean restraunt, and friendly people. My buddy and I ordered 2 mains and 2 appetizers. I ordered crab rangoons and pad thai, extra hot. My buddy ordered dumplings and mongolian beef. The crab rangoons were small, runny when peeled apart not super creamy (kinda chunky) on the filling. The pad thai had good flavor, but was the opposite of extra spicy (no spicy). To their credit, I didnt raise this problem to my waitress. The mongolian beef was good, well presented. But, the dumplings never arrived and by the time our waitress was available to ask, we were half way through our meal and asked to cancel. All in, I think Ill go elsewhere for my next Asian fix.

My wife and family found this place and have loved every meal they have eaten there. I finally went there and could not have been more pleased. I had the deep fried catfish made with eggplant and other seasonal vegetables. It was done with Thai sesonings and was wonderful. It was their hottest dish but I asked them to mild it down a bit and they did it perfectly. I also tasted my wifes chicken with beans done with Chinese seasonings. The seasoning was done perfectly. The place has not been crowded for dinner, the service is excellent and I liked the decor..

Food is great, service is bad. Manager and staff lie about their Thai tea and when they brew it. Ive ordered this item 4 times and half of those times its been sour. Thai tea is supposed to be sweet and creamy, not sour and watery. I would love to keep ordering from Lon U but after speaking with the manager on the phone and being blatantly lied to I wont. If you frequently order food from them and want to voice a valid complaint youll be told that youre picky and not to order that item. TL;DR Food is great but staff is awful.

Successfully ordered some curry online. It was decent, a little watery. On my second order, I called 1 hour after ordering and they told me things were a little busy and the driver would be there soon. I called 45 minutes after that and they said my order had been canceled by their ordering service online. Sure enough, I looked at my credit card statement and found a charge and refund. No one gave me any sort of warning about this. My best guess is that they got too busy and decided they didnt want to fill the order.

I was recommended this restaurant by a friend who is a regular. I ordered the massama curry and it came out cold. My sister ordered the pad thai with no peanuts because she is allergic to it and they added peanuts after she repeated the order to us twice. My sister and I was sat down for almost 10mins with no help while the waitresses was just sitting in the back. I was really disappointed over my experience because my friend told me so much good things about this place.

I ordered takeout with fried rice, egg rolls, and general Chos Chicken. The egg rolls and fried rice was both excellent the chicken was good aswell with exception of some very dry chicken at the very bottom. Well that didnt bother me as much as the stomach bug I got after eating this. When I woke up I went straight to the toilet.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I told the waitress the ingredients I wanted and they made me an excellent dish that wasnt even on the menu. Got it to go, and the portions were so big it lasted for 2.5 meals. Tastes even better the next day. Beautifully decorated inside.

Its a good thing we dont live next door because the food here is so good that if we did, Id weigh 1000lbs! The Panang Curry chicken is my absolute favorite but everything is amazing. We order sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken and the whole family eats a little of everything.

My family and I have been coming here for years and we honestly wouldnt go anywhere else for great Chinese and Thai food. Everything is always fresh and warm. Taste is excellent, we never have any complaints. Will always be our first pick! Keep it up

We really like this place. Most of the time, we have them deliver, but went over and ate at the restaurant for the 1st time today. Nice atmosphere, great service, and as always the food is excellent. Our favorite Chinese place :-)

Ive only been during their lunch hour and it was horrible. They only had two servers at the time. Took them 15 minutes to get me a high chair and 25 minutes for water. Will not be back.
