I ordered lunch from this restaurant today. I put my order in online and received an email with the order info but no delivery time. I called to ask how long it would take and the man said 40 minutes. 1 hour later I get a call from the driver saying he did not see the office building and he is yelling on the phone saying I sent him to the wrong address. Our building has a glass front so im looking outside at him sitting in his car afraid to drive through an open gate. I tell him I see him and I walk outside, he opens the door and I pay him and tip him. I walk to the front desk and sit down, I open the bag there are no napkins, no plastic utensils but 10 packs of soy sauce and a fortune cookie. I open the food container and the pu pu platter is cold. This food was not even slightly warm, just cold. There is no way this food saw any kind of heat before being placed the food container. The fried wonton, cold. One small chicken wing, cold. Rib, cold. One crab angel, cold. Eggroll, cold and the inside filling was hard so they were probably days old. I dont complain unnecessarily so I popped the container in the microwave for 20 secs and discovered that this food would taste bad no matter what I did. The best thing in the bag was the soy sauce and the fortune cookie. I wont ever order from here again.

I have ordered 3 times from this place and this was my last. All 3 times the order was either incorrect, cold or took too long to be delivered. The food isn’t that good. There are many other places that are much much better but I enjoy having it delivered and always give a place a couple of trys before I throw in the towel or put them on my favorite list. Today’s order was the worst. I order spicy and it came bland. I ordered a beef dish and then the house chicken dish and ended up with two beef. The juice from one of the dishes spilt out in the bag and proceeded to drown the egg rolls. I also noticed the rice was different from dish to dish, one had the old rice obviously left over or cooked hours earlier and the other had nice fluffy rice. Both brown in color and I ordered steamed rice, and both totally tasteless. Then this particular time I noticed the driver added two dollars to my credit cad total that is not on the register or order slip. When I enquired I was told it was a delivery fee. Those types of charges should be disclosed up front and not hidden or added to the total when you aren’t looking. I threw their menus away with the food and I am done...

This place has edible food (or at least what we ordered), but the service is the worst ever. Let me state right now that I wouldnt order from there ever again, even if I hadnt eaten in four days. They are terrible. They are the worst. My boyfriend and I placed an order over the phone and were told it would take 45 minutes. 2 hours later, the driver arrives with the totally wrong order. He came back to get the food, not bringing the correct food with him. I called to cancel the order and was told we couldnt get a refund because "the computer people" have the money. It took me a while to realize she thought wed placed the order online when we hadnt. When the food arrived, minus the eggrolls that had been ordered and paid for, I called again. The woman immediately started arguing with me about how the order had been placed, without even asking for more details to make sure she was thinking of the correct order. She just repeatedly talked over me, telling me I was wrong, then told me she would call back, which, of course, she hasnt. We still dont have our eggrolls and Im sure we wont get the refund unless we go down to the restaurant.

Let me start off by saying that they use a TON of breading on everything which is gross and they try to scam you by putting way too many vegetables in the container and like 5 pieces of meat. In addition the delivery guy trys to scam people out of a tip. We ordered from there for lunch at my job and I handed the delivery guy a $20 bill for a $5.65 lunch special and then he proceeds to tell me he has no change. I then told him to take back the order because I was not leaving him that much money and interestingly he reached into his pocket and magically "found" change. Very sketchy indeed...What? Did you seriously think I was gonna just let you leave with my whole $20 like that?! A lot of my coworkers say he has done that to them before too. Its a cheap eat especially at lunch if you dont want to spend a lot of money, but Id recommend you tell them to make your stuff unbreaded and pick up your order so you dont deal with that shady delivery guy.

DO NOT ORDER from these idiots - at lunch time (which their menu specifies is until 3 pm), we ordered 4 items, one of which was from the dinner menu by accident - instead of the woman asking if we wanted dinner or lunch, we were charged for full dinner prices on everything we ordered! When I called back about the over-charge, she exclaimed that when she told me the amount, I said, "OK" - I guess that makes it so....? (too late! no backing out now! I already said OK) I didnt have the amounts in front of me, she did. I wasnt looking at the dinner menu - she was! If youre in the mood to get screwed, order away. BTW, the crab angle (rangoon), tastes like vinegar and mayo whipped up....into....who knows what....the rest of the meal was "OK"...I guess Im the stupid one for not paying attention before the driver left.

My friends and I ordered take out from Dragon Palace, and none of us enjoyed it. First of all, they got one of our orders wrong. The wonton soup was so extremely salty that I could not eat it. The fried rice was extremely bland, and did not even have any egg in it. As for the entrees, they were not very good and left us feeling bad afterward. So why two stars instead of one? The egg roll was all right, and you can get a lot of food for a low price, as long as you dont mind what it tastes like.

I ordered from this place yesterday. Not only was the order incorrect but the food came late and was luke warm. When I called to let them know it was wrong she rudely began yelling over me as I was explaining what was wrong with the order. Instead of rectifying the order she responded with, "Well I didnt charge you for it anyway". My issue wasnt the charge, it the order was wrong and one of us now didnt have something to eat. Never again.

Not my favorite. Id rate a cheap Chinese takeout five stars but this wasnt it, three stars on the high side. Prices are not worth the quality of food, only the quantity. Something in their noodles left a bad taste in my mouth and the battered chicken was soft and soaked/swimming in sauce. Maybe Id have better luck with another dish but Ill most likely find something else.
