Dont get me wrong, Im on board with the whole organic/free-range food-with-a-conscience thing and this would make Chipotle a great option when I want a break from cooking for my family, but unfortunately this store thats closest to me seems to insist on making almost every protein choice on the menu inedibly SPICY. Every meat they do has too much heat to it, and if you think you can bypass that by just trying their beans on something, theyve gotcha there, too. With their commitment to a certain minimalist aesthetic there arent that many meal choices to begin with, so if you dont want to end up burning your face off, youve basically got no choices at all. If youve got kids... unless theyre into "cheese rice" forget it. I do the Lake Mary location for lunch at least once a week, and they dont seem to have this problem. Too bad for Winter Springs.

Dont come here at 9, an hour before they close. They tell you to wait while they clean the kitchen. How unbelievable and ridiculous. The food is good. The employees need to learn to close faster. Preclose is not before customer service. Edit: came back after a few months, the staff is not great at all. The kids behind the glass need to learn customer service. Girlfriend got her food started then the boy immediately started 3 online orders. It wasnt until I said something they started my order. So now my girlfriends food is getting cold. Why do high schoolers need to work at chipotle? They dont care about the customers. Get a crappier job where you dont need to interact with the guests. Probably the last time I go to this store!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Lets start off with the fact that they do not have big bags so they cramp 2 burrito bowls into ONE bag, causing a rip at the bottom and for the bowls to fall out of the bag. Remade my entire order to them screw up 2 bowls. Have to go back THREE TIMES to this location to get the food I ORDERED CLEARLY ONLINE! To top it off the girl in the front (Elizabeth) has the AUDACITY to tell me "next time make 2 trips" WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! This is completely unacceptable and the worst customer service from the cashier I have ever gotten. I hope people actually read these reviews because this place is RIDICULOUS!

I have what I call the Chipotle Standard: fresh food that is flavorful, filling, and fast. When I go to restaurants, whether hole-in-the-wall or super-classy joints, I always ask myself: did it pass the Chipotle Standard? Chipotle, to me, is the perfect combination of food, economics, and portions. There have been many times that I have paid ten times the amount of a visit to Chipotle, but that other place failed to come close to offering the same thing. Today had a pleasant surprise--a new item on the menu, spicy chicken and chorizo! I love it, and when you take a bite with the guacamole, it hits the spot. Go try it out.

I have been to this location numerous times... obviously the food is good..but after that is where the problem lies..I understand the need for efficiency but sometimes they rush you along like a herd of cattle and they get skimpy with the portions and act like its a hassle to ask for a bit more..other than that..I love their product. I usually get a burrito with these toppings No rice or beans (only filler toppings ) Fajita mix (onions and peppers ) 1 scoop chicken 1 scoop chorizo Sour cream Guacamole Cheese Xtra lettuce Then I take home and put Sriracha on it.

We recently went to this Chipotle after not eating there for quite a while. Just as weve noticed before, it is very loud. Its a small space to begin with. Add loud music and the kitchen help banging pans around on top of people trying to talk to each other above all that noise and it becomes chaotic feeling. Not the environment we like to dine in. We have gotten our food to go on more than one occassion due to the noise and no available seating. Last time the staff all seemed less than mindful of what they were doing. Have never had a problem with the food though.

Every single time I go in here and ask for jalapenos i get an extremely rude attitude everytime!!! My last experience the girl goes "uh we dont have jalapenos" i said " yes you do because i get them every single time" . she says " yea there way in the back" . Me: ill wait Then she gives me a nasty look and says to the manager " he wants jalapenos" . the manager said SURE NO PROBLEM and got them for me. This happens to me literally everytime. I dont know how a business can get away with their employees being so rude.

Chipotle stands by its mission of Food with Integrity. Ive had Chipotle regularly since they arrives in Central Florida, and still love every bite. The chicken here will never be tough, fatty or too chewy like Moes or Qdoba. The ingredients are incredibly fresh...so you taste all the genuine flavors. My favorite, regular order is the Burrito Bowl, with brown rice, extra cilantro, double black beans, double chicken, mild tomato salsa, guacamole and lettuce. Delicious every time...very consistent.

I ate here on Sunday, July 12 and had to be treated for salmonella. It caused me to miss work, a trip to the doctor, meds, and today, Weds., I am still sick and taking medicine. I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANOTHER CHIPOTLE RESTAURANT AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF SALMONELLA - Salmonella are usually transmitted to humans by eating foods contaminated with animal feces - Do you want to eat there now????

I am a huge, huge fan of Chipotle. Unfortunately, Im not a huge fan of THIS Chipotle. The burrito was good, but not great here. Service was very good. More importantly, the seating is absolutely awful. Uncomfortable. Like sitting on crowded bar stools without elbow room while trying to eat. Would I go back? Yes. Given a choice, though, its worth the drive to the Altamonte Springs location in my opinion if youre dining in.

Great food. Decent prices. Pretty good service anytime Ive gone in, I would recommend this location to anyone. If you go and Lakita is working behind the counter, shell definitely take care of you. She made sure to give me and several other guests BOGO coupons when we had to wait for Guacamole to be finished and she always has a great energy about her whenever you get to the register.

During rush hours the lines can be very long and there isnt much seating. With that in mind, if youre ordering to go its worth the wait. I come fairly regularly and the food is consistently good. The staff is nice and theyre always ready to help. The only reason why it isnt 5 stars is because of the long waits during rushes which means I cant go during my break at work.

The food is very good. But dont try to place anorder over the phone and expect success. Ive tried 3 times -- and 3 strikes, youre out! One time they had not even started my order (35 minutes after I called), 2nd time, the order was completely wrong, and the third time they had omitted one item. But dine in -- fine.

Dont get me wrong I enjoy me some Chipotle, but it seems like likely their getting cheaper nd cheaper on the meat and the rice. Every time I go it seems like Im always asking for more. They need 2 step on it nd stop being so cheap.
