Not because of service, not because of food... Staff and food are excellent. But amongst each other there is no team... Some crew members I notice get along superb but there is this one rotten apple that takes the liberty to out call the others... So I asked one sweet crew member... "Is she the manager" crew member replied "no maam, is there a problem can I help u with anything or get the manager for you?".. I said no thank you..I was just wondering why she is so rude to you guys?" Crew member said "Im so sorry you had to witness that would you like my manager" ..Even at that this crew member never bad mouthed this rude employee. I said to the crew member "no..Im sorry you work with her" I walked over to this not so pleasant woman... And said hi Im sorry what is your name ..She asked "why you want to know that?" Now it is polite and only right as a customer to get the name of the person serving your food but another crew member blurted out her name "Cristal with a K".. Rude member proceeded to say to crew member "thats not cool stupid".. I smiled and walked away and got ready to write this review . TO MANAGEMENT: REALLY EVALUATE THE ATTITUDE OF YOUR CREW MEMBERS AND GET RID OF THE ROTTEN APPLES BEFORE THEY MESS UP THE BUNCH...It is unprofessional and uncomfortable to be in such a delightful place where I am custom to get my meals and have to hear and witness the interaction between this person and the rest of the team...I can only imagine what the other crew members feel working alongside her .. Listen to your crew members as they complain about her.. or better yet listen to her loud mouth as she belittles them.. you will lose service and more reviews like mine will surface.

Horrible service... In the beginning it was good but lately some employees are so rude ... I come to This location at least 3 times a week .. my bowl had some not fully cooked chicken n when I told the girl at the register she just said " oh well thats weird cus no body complained before or anything like that and when I showed it to her n told her it was hard and I tasted like raw chicken she just ignored me and said she was gonna call the manager n she never came so I left cus I didnt want to wait cus I was late for work .. never coming back to this locating again ever..... they should really retrain their employees or get new people .. thats not cool

1) pedimos 2 diferentes platos y ninguno sabía a nada y totalmente fría la comida. 2) les pedí el favor de que no fuera picante y fue lo contrario. 3) por ser picante me enferme y me dio agrieta y se me inflamo el estomago. En realidad no será un lugar donde quiera regresar.

Nalinee here is the best!!! After just a few times of coming here, she has remembered my name and says hello to me first each time I come in (always saying my name). She makes the orders super quickly, and makes my trip to Chipotle great each time! The one day that I came to Chipotle and she wasnt here, a lot of things went wrong, but the next time I came in she was just as wonderful as always and renewed my faith in this Chipotle :) THIS WOMAN DESERVES A RAISE/PROMOTION!

Best costumer service EVER!!! Love this place but today I love it even more! I am a huge fan of chips and guac unfortunately I cant stand the salt, ask for chips with out it they didnt have any and I didnt want to wait for a fresh batch so they suggested some corn shells ha! Theres always a solution to a problem. Love love love them definitely my go to restaurant when I would like Mexican food thank you chipotle!!!

Best Chipotle in Orlando in my opinion. Staff is always on point, friendly, quick, and accurate. The other Chipotle down the road on 436 in Altamonte is always slammed, out of certain drinks or the drink/ice machine is broken, and the staff doesnt care. I switched up and go to this one instead about once a week for lunch. Lots of the same staff from opening so theyre really efficient.

Food was good, service was good....that being said I am getting so irritated with places who cant keep their tea containers full. It is 8pm, this location closes at 10 pm. So for the next 2 hours there will be no sweet tea. When I asked the employee if they had more I was told "we usually run out at 8 everyday and dont make more" YOU ARE OPEN FOR 2 MORE HOURS PEOPLE!

Food was great, Except for the very stale tortilla chips...but the employees were very rude. Apparently customer service isnt really a priority there. Not to pull any race cards but the specified employee was black, and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for cheese...didnt say a word either. How hard is your job? Will reconsider going to another chipotle next time.

Waited in line, told there was no chicken so wait a few min so I took a seat. While I waited they served about 11 ppl that came in after me the chicken that I waited for. Then they barely put any rice and beans, barely any hotsauce, and then when I get chips and salsa, they filled up the cup less than halfway with salsa. Stingy on their food

This chipotle is the best ive ever gone to. One time i went the white rice wasnt ready yet and i had to wait ten minutes which wasnt bad, i wasnt in a rush. Anyways they kept apologizing and ended up giving me a free meal and a coupon all while being very nice. The costumer service is definelty 5 out of 5 stars.

There is always an amazing atmosphere here. The staff is a truly unique and extraordinary. Customer service is always great and the food is always hot and served correctly. Im always wanting more and this location serves the best of everything.

They gave me the biggest veggie burrito Ive ever had at a Chipotle, so no complaints here. The outside seating area is very nice, and I really like the general setup. Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

Really small portions. This particular restaurant serves the smallest burrito bowls of any Chipotle Ive been to. You have to order double meat just to get the same portion as other stores.

The decor in this location is super cool. It feels like a 1960s industrial deco café. But beyond appearances the staff was nice and it wasnt very busy, so those are two great perks.

The restaurant is lean and tidy. Staffs are all very nice and efficient. However, the bowl is not as much as other Chipotles (less chicken, cheese...).
