I am blown away at the lack of leadership at this location presently. The general manager, Stephanie Powell, was very unprofessional and rude to me yesterday. They need to bring back the old GM Rodney bc he always bent over backwards for his loyal customers. So the issue was that she was supposed to be helping me with a chiptopia card issue i had where i tried to place my catering order a couple months ago that i worked very hard to get but was unable to order it due to the high number of catering orders on that day apparently. Well after calling for weeks to find out what she had discussed with her area manager.....she finally tells me that she got a several free burritos oked as compensation. I inform her that the catering order was a 240 dollar value so i dont think its a fair trade off and she says.....well then use the catering order then. As for that response, i ask her for the area managers number or email so i can contact him directly and she simply replies no. I ask again but am told that hes too busy to talk to me! This lack of respect for a customer who has been nothing but patient is unacceptable. I have been a dedicated chipotle customer for years but in light of these recent events, i will be taking my business elsewhere and am contacting corporate.

Always a pleasure to visit this location, rather than the circus side show in Altamonte location. Today, not so much. It was quarter to 10pm, and the employees were upset that they were busy so late. If they dont want to work, find another job! At least your making money, its a Saturday night and it should be busy. The guy in the prep cooking area was pissed he had to make another batch of rice. The woman making the orders was huffing and puffing everytime another happy paying guest would enter. Some businesses would Kill to be that busy and all these clowns care about is themselves. Talking about your customers (right in front of you) is deplorable. To think that short glass shield can muffle the garbage coming out of their mouths... Last time I ever visit this location. At least that is one less customer for them to worry about so they can hurry home. There are plenty of unemployed people that would enjoy that job and actually welcome the business and be courteous to paying customers. This place must be run by the same clown car occupants as the Altamonte Springs location. Service sucks here, dont even waste your time.

Me and my girlfriend went to this Chipotle on a random Friday afternoon. They were not busy at all. They rush my order, and they were extremely rude. I felt extremely disrespected. There was a young black lesbian thatt stood out in specific. I asked her how her day was going and she looked at me like I was crazy. I told her thank you and I got mean mugged. Then she gave me like 3 pieces of chicken on my burrito, so I asked her if I could get double the meat, she ignored me clearly I asked twice and she wrapped my burrito. then the same girl cashed me out, we pay $2 for chips, once we get home we realized there were no chips. this girl shouldnt be working at chipotle. I dont even think she should work at McDonalds. Customer service is definitely a dying breed in America, do not step foot in this Chipotle, it is worth driving the extra distance to go to a real Chipotle with at least halfway decent customer service. I have never experienced this type of rudeness for no reason at any place I have ever been, Im from the hood and I get treated better in the ghetto then I did by this woman.

My son ate at Chipotles, 525 S. Orlando Avenue, Winter Park, FL on 12/15/15. After eating a Chicken Burrito, he became very sick with vomiting, diarrhea & terrible stomach pain. We reported this to their manager Fernando & he had the corporate office (Melissa) to call us. She called only once. She asked that I have my son call her, which we did. To this date, she has not returned any of our calls. My son has called about 10 times & left maybe 4 messages. All we get is an outdated recording. My son has missed 3 days of work. The stomach pain was terrible. I took him to the emergency room on 12/27/15, because he started with the vomiting & stomach pain again!!! We didnt know of the Chipotle scare until the very next day, 12/16/15. I cant believe no one has addressed our problem to this date. SMH!

Worst experience Ive ever had at a chipotle. I was left standing in front of the glass while the employee took the temperature of every item of food in the steam table for 10 MINUTES!!!!! THEN FINALLY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHO WAS WALKING BACK AND FORTH THE WHOLE TIME SAYING HOW MUCH SHE HATED WORKING THERE STOPPED AND CAME OVER TO MAKE MY BURRITO AND THEY WERE OUT OF PINTO BEANS!!! AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE RICE WAS DRY AND CRUNCHY!!!! EVERY TABLE WAS DIRTY I HAD NOWHERE TO SIT!!!!!!! I WAS ALSO WARNED BY ONE OF MY CO-WORKERS MONTHS AGO TO NEVER COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE BUT I CAME ANYWAYS. BECAUSE ITS ITS LOCATION I HAD HIGH HOPES FOR THIS PLACE BUT NOW, I WONT BE EATING CHIPOTLE FOR A WHILE.

I eat here every week and have now for quite some time. At least a year. I order online and go straight and pick up my lunch. The staff is always spot on with their service and I have never been disappointed with the food. Never! A particular shout out goes to Toni because she is always there with a big smile on her face and just a great attitude! And of course Im there so much she knows me by name. Thank you Toni! Besides the food it is because of Toni and the staff that I keep returning to this particular Chipotle. Thank you guys!!

I go there frequently but this time the dairy tasted bad. I then felt sick. When I called to let them know so that others dont get sick, I got a response that the dairy is made fresh daily so they dont know what the problem could be. As if that means you cant have a bad batch. No mention was made about pulling the product so others dont get sick, just some insincere apology.

I absolutely love this chipotle, its clean and very friendly. I must say, Hanna, has phenomenal customer service skills. Every time i go, which i must say is maybe 2-3 times a week she never ceases to amaze me. She is very, fast and good at what she does. Also, every time i go there she always has everything ready for me since i usually order online. She is great in deed.

This is a Chipotle just like most others. If you didnt already know, you can ask for a quesadilla instead, and I personally think that the chicken quesadilla is one of the most delicious options on the menu if you dont like veggies too much (like I used to); just be aware that they may refuse to make one for you if it is busy since it is expensive time-wise.

Good food as expected, but the service was surly at worst and indifferent at best. The first guy who took our order seemed upset that we wanted food. Impatient and rude. Everyone has a bad day, but Ive worked in retail. You cant act that way. This was the first time wed come back since the health issues, and Im now not in a hurry to go back.
