Daughter went to get ice cream for family - we live less than 3 minutes away. She ordered 3 blizzard; 1 large, 1 med, 1 small. She asked twice for lids PRIOR to finally leaving without, the made the one wrong, gave us that one free; even though no one would eat it. The small one that was originally made wrong was so messy - almost liquified when it got here and had leaked all over my youngest daughter and the car. Upon calling, was told I HAD to bring everything back PLUS it had to be that night. I offered to put in freezer and bring back tomorrow, as I wasnt dressed (hence sending other daughter to get said ice cream) and she was trying to leave to go to the movies. Was told no, had to be tonight. WILL NOT BE BACK!

I ordered a small peanut butter cookie dough smash and it was basically soup with no cookie dough or peanut butter chunks. This is not the first time that this has happened. I am very dissatisfied with my service. This needs to be fixed immediately. I will not plan on giving this store my money ever again.
