The food was good how ever this particular Taco Bell is making you now pay for nacho cheese when you buy a value meal and order Nachos instead of the Doritos. Which most might not know this but you can get one of three things with your value meal instead of just Doritos you can also get Cinnamon Twist, or Nachos & Cheese with no extra charge for any of it. Its all about options RIGHT?!?! WELL NOT WITH THIS PLACE. ITS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. SO JOHN GENERAL MANAGER TOLD HECTOR STORE MANAGER TO MAKE PEOPLE PAY FOR THE CHEESE IF THATS WHAT THEY WANT THEIR VALUE MEAL TO COME WITH INSTEAD OF DORITOS. THIS IS THE ONLY TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN IN THAT DOES THIS. AND IVE BEEN ALL OVER FLORIDA, NEVADA, AND CALIFORNIA AND NO OTHER MAKES THEIR CUSTOMERS PAY FOR NACHO CHEESE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT. SO OF COURSE I HAD TO HAVE MY CHEESE FOR MY NACHOS THAT WAS 47¢. I WONT BE GOING BACK TO THAT TACO BELL. OBVIOUSLY THEY FEEL AS THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG AND THEY ARE RIGHT THAT NACHO CHEESE SHOULDNT COME WITH YOUR NACHOS IF YOU ORDER NACHOS WITH YOUR VALUE MEAL.

Night crew cant get a specialty order right ever. The manager doesnt even understand how "fresca" style works. This happens every time I get food past 10pm at this location. its like throwing my money away because i have to throw away my food. I would be in the hospital if I ate it thanks to my food allergies. Tonight, my friend bought me dinner and felt the need to apologize the whole way home because these jerks cant run a watered down taqueria with minimum efficiency and accuracy.

Best late night 4th meal taco makers EVER! I dont know why in the world this particular location, at this particular late night hour, would make the same exact food SO MUCH TASTIER than the rest of the crews, BUT THEY WITHOUT A DOUBT DO! Go visit and eat up during the late evening to early morning shifts and you will NOT be disappointed! They NEVER skimp on any fixins! Tons of cheese and lettuce on each and every, single taco! Try it.....youll like it!

So my husband and I ordered double chalupas. One spicy and one regular. Its all salad! No meat! Not even cheese! Mine was all lettuce and jalapeños and thats it. Skimpy skimpy skimpy! Now my husband is calling in to complain and hes placed on hold forever and a day. I dont know whats worse this Taco Bell or the Burger King who gives burgers with only meat and no toppings!

Asked for a spicy triple double crunch wrap with no sour cream. I received one with sour cream and burnt. They remade it.....not burnt but they still put sour cream....They remade it one more time and yes.....it still had sour cream......I left hungry and very upset. I would not recommend this place.

Food was alrite but the service was awful, me and my girlfriend ordered separately and they got her order and totally forgot my whole order. I asked for no tomatoes but still got em. As we sat there for 15 mins waiting for my order the messed up the next three orders.

Got 2 power bowls and they were under portioned, it was lettuce and rice! Horrible i even asked them before placing the order if they could make them and she said yes hun them i get rice and lettuce gross!

Staff is ordered by their corporate to only fill taco shell with very minimal meat. If your looking to eat a nice hearty taco, dont eat at taco bell. Staff was very nice, not their fault.

The parking lot is strange trying to get in and out of it from Cleveland but that was the worst part. The food was good, the restaurant was clean & the staff was nice. Great experience!
